Impressive service and good product…
Impressive service and good product delivered nicely and safely packaged. Online measuring instructions need to be clearer as differ for the frame size and matte size. However, email response to query was speedy.

This is the second time I’ve used these guys. The black, aluminium frames are fantastic. I prefer glass and the packaging to protect this is excellent. The speed of delivery and service are top notch.

Happy repeat customer
I've used this company multiple times for custom frames. They're always very responsive and happy to accept special requests, and the quality of the frames is great. They've occasionally shipped wrong or damaged items, but have resolved any problems quickly and without any quibbles, including rushing out a new order in time for Christmas.

I found the measurement guide online really helpful.
The mounts arrived in really good time, are the perfect size and are great quality.
They were packaged really well and tracked delivery too.

An error of some sort apparently occurred regarding the address I supplied for delivery of my order, which was thus sent to a business station in another postcode. I emailed customer services and someone under the pseudonym of Cat replied that was sent to the address they had, which was 186 Terminus Street. I do not live there.Terminus Street in Harlow is a bus station. Where in heaven they got the wrong postcode I have no idea. Why someone didn't make contact to alert me to the situation I have no idea. The respondent from customer services was clearly indifferent.
