The company was good before they were…

The company was good before they were rebranded. I hadn't shopped with them for a while so I didn't know they bought out by another company but getting Makita tools from here was good and they had so much variety and now a significant portion of Makita stuff they used to sell is no longer sold on the site since that has been replaced with random stuff from other brands

Phone volume

My phone volume wouldn’t work so i took it here. It took a week and I spent $80 and it still has the same problem

Found what I wanted on there site…

Found what I wanted on there site easily, they had it in stock and the price was good, ordered it there and then and it was delivered to my house within 24 hours and no delivery charge. Everything that should be in the box was there and neatly packed and undamaged. Very happy with there service have used them before and will use them again.

Great service as expected

Great service as expected. FastFix were running a new warehouse inventory when I ordered but a quick call to the very helpful customer services confirmed when the item would be dispatched, it actually arrived sooner than expected. Good value, good product and helpful service. Thank you!

DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING TO THEIR ADDRESS!

I HAVE LOST OVER £300 BECAUSE OF THIS!

FASTFIX OFFICE ADDRESS IS NOT THE CORRECT ONE AND WHEN I WENT TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF THE REFUND, THEIR TEAM MENTIONED NOTHING WAS RECEIVED....

MY PARCEL IS NOW LOST WITHIN THE ROYAL MAIL SYSTEM AND CHALLENGING TO RESOLVE.
