The whole ordering process was very easy,the bike arrived 2 days early make a 2 yr olds birthday very special.the bike arrived well packaged with easy assembly instructions,and oh did it look amazing.
One very happy granddad and an extremely happy little boy on his birthday.

I think the service is good
I think the service is good, and the trampolines are good quality, but putting a search in the spares doesn't seem to work well and it took some navigating to find the spares I needed. Otherwise my parts arrived promptly and we were pleased with them.

When I ordered this item
When I ordered this item, it said it would ship the next day. Unfortunately, it took 2 weeks for me to receive it. It was supposed to be a birthday gift, but because of the delay, it ended up being a late gift. Very disappointed with the shipping experience.

Just not good enough
For the price, I am actually somewhat disappointed because I expected much more. Everything is made in China, and it shows. Many elements feel weak and low-quality. For example, several seams inside the frame pipes had hardened spots that made it impossible to slot them together. We had to fix them ourselves by removing the spots with a file. I don't mind paying more, but the quality has to be visible. This just feels like any other generic brand. My recommendation is to buy the best-priced trampoline from a trusted brand. In terms of quality, they are most likely all the same—maybe even made by the same factories in China.
