Excellent - customer service and product!
Excellent customer service and the products are sturdy and well made. We recently replaced a Favorit 330 and the package came with everything included. The product has great quality and given the trampoline is used by small kids, peace of mind is essential!

Hello Colin,
Thank you for your feedback.
We are very sorry to hear that your goal was delivered with a missing part. This is certainly not the level of quality or service we strive to provide, and we completely understand how frustrating it is to be unable to assemble the product.
Our customer service team has already contacted you regarding this matter, and we are currently waiting for your reply so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to hearing from you and finding a solution as soon as possible.
Kind regards,
BERG Team
Good for hours of fun and training!
I was in doubt, because it’s not cheap. When I received the goal I was happy we made the order. The material seems to be very strong, the goal is quite heavy, so it won’t fall over. My kids were superhappy that there were some trainingheads included. The net with holes makes it good for hours of fun. Btw, the delivery was nice and quick!

Best on the market
I was looking to upgrade my son's scooter for a while now but i didn't wanted to go for the classic kids scooter(cheap looking). I wanted something that stands out and is well built with a different design .
Best on the market. My own opinion.
My son loves it .
