Nearly 2 weeks after ordering and still havent received trampoline, apparently it is arriving today. Ordered on Friday 29th May and not arriving till June 11th (9 working days)

⭐☆☆☆☆ Beautiful Trampoline. Unusable Without a Jump Mat.
We purchased the BERG Ultim Champion 10'x16' in-ground trampoline in 2024 — excavated the yard, poured the surround, did everything right. For the first couple of years it was exactly what was advertised: incredible bounce, great layout, the kids loved it.
Then the jump mat wore out. Simple enough, right? Order a replacement. That was two years ago. Two years.
BERG advertises a 7-year warranty on the jump mat and markets this as a premium, long-lasting product — but what good is a warranty or a $4,000+ price tag if you simply cannot get the part? We've been told repeatedly that supply chain issues are to blame. I understand global logistics are complicated. What I cannot understand is how a company can sell a specialty in-ground trampoline with zero ability to support it with replacement parts for years on end.
We now have a beautifully constructed in-ground frame sitting in our backyard doing absolutely nothing. The kids have moved on. The hole is a monument to a purchase we deeply regret.
Before you buy: ask BERG in writing what the current lead time is for a replacement jump mat. The initial product may be excellent, but their US parts supply chain is a failure. A trampoline you cannot maintain is not a premium product — it's an expensive decoration.

The complaints procedure does not mention returning goods abroad. I placed the order on the Czech website, where a Czech address is also listed. This fact is not stated in the complaints policy, which I consider a major shortcoming, especially with regard to the legal framework governing the sale of goods in the Czech Republic.
Since I have not received any response to my last email with Ms. Magdalena, I am reporting this situation to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for resolution.
I have no issue paying shipping costs equal to standard postage, but not in the amount equivalent to the value of the product I purchased from you. Perhaps I would have reconsidered whether to buy anything at all.
I am very dissatisfied with the customer service, the proposed resolution, and the communication. A great disappointment.

Larger than expected. Beautiful craftsmanship. However having the handlebar attachment included would benefit me more due to my age of 61.

Great service from the ordering to delivery. The product is very well made and just what we ordered.

Update: After more weeks, more follow-ups and more promises, still nothing has arrived. It’s a very sad situation. My daughter has been waiting patiently for her new bike while the warm summer days pass us by.
