Excellent service
I did an online query with Bercert.com on Friday. By Friday afternoon I'd received 5 quotes and by Friday evening I had someone confirmed to come on Monday. Our Assessor was John Hou and I couldn't recommend him enough. He communicated well and arrived on time. He was pleasant to deal with and just got on with the job. He knew we needed the cert asap and promised to have it by the weekend, but then earlier today the cert has already come through, less than 24 hours after he carried out the survey. Professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend

Good experience
Dave was great, I was in a hurry to get the certificate off to the bank and he obliged me by coming that day. He was very pleasant and informed me of everything he needed to do. I was very satisfied with the service.
