I paid into this scheme for 3 years for…
I paid into this scheme for 3 years for me and my son. Be warned there are very limited options available for paediatrics.
Booked a GP appointment once to be told I needed to see my own GP so that wasn't very useful.
Last contact was over suspected skin cancer to be told they don't help with that at all.
My only advise is read through everything fully before you sign up and know that there's alot of things they don't help with.
I did make a complaint to be told my complaint wasn't upheld as they didn't agree basically with what I had says to complain. Cancelling membership was also difficult

Excellent service
I easily booked an appointment on line and Sunday was available for appointments. The GP rang on time. He listened, was professional and approachable. He also suggested contacting the Benenden Health Physiotherapist services.

Everything very restrictive
Everything very restrictive, no choice about where to go for consultations, Kingsbridge is the only place offered and it would be my last choice. Kingsbridge is just a monster money making animal. Money is the only thing they are interested in, they could not care less about patients.
