Very stressful experience
I have had one of the most stressful experiences today attempting to make claim. We've been with Simplyhealth for many years, and logging in was simple and stress-free. Not any longer. Now its painful and stressful. Bring told several times our login details were incorrect eg its the incorrect login email address
(note: my email address IS correct), or its the incorrect password etc. I needed to change the password several times before one was accepted and feel we were shoddily treated. Please make it easier for honest and older people to access our account.
