I ordered and paid for two pairs of shoes but only received one. Despite multiple attempts, Belle Divino has not responded to my emails or phone calls. The courier, Evri, refuses to take responsibility, leaving me with no explanation or resolution. I’m still unclear about what happened to the second pair. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid shopping with Belle Divino.

Order still not arrived

The shoes arrived within days, well-packed and looking fabulous. I adored them but even though they were very comfortable they were just a bit too high for my poor elderly feet. I am truly sad because they are just great looking things.

The colour of the tights was far far brighter than the photo, and as a result, unwearable for the event planned.

I received no updates regarding when my order would be delivered. Infact I wasn’t aware that it had been delivered which was actually placed in my garden waste bin! Luckily I managed to find it before the bin was emptied! I received no communications other than confirmation that my order had been placed and would be delivered between 3-5 days. Won’t rush to order anything again!

The size was a very small fit, I have bought shoes online that are the very same size, and they were really comfortable to wear, the shoes I bought are really hard and extremely uncomfortable to wear, I cannot return them because the coat is too high, I ended up paying
over €100.00 for a pair of shoes that were originally advertised for €65.00
I will not be shopping with this shop again.

No communication whatsoever,ignored e mails voicemail and text. Only responded after PayPal became involved after which refund given.

Ordered an item over a week ago.. Received an email to say my shoes had been dispatched and I also got sent a royal mail tracking number. Contacted the company today. Been told oh our warehouse can't find the shoes so we will organise a refund for you.. strange that you lied and told me they'd been dispatched with royal mail. Obviously fake information and also a fake tracking number. Do not use this company.

I paid over £100 for a coat which has not been received. I requested a refund which has not been received. All contact has been ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

There is no possibility to contact me, I wanted to change the size at the moment I ordered and the order was closed and there is no possibility, there is no customer service, very disappointing

Wrong item sent. Unable to get a response from company. 2 weeks ago I Ordered a Desigual Top, received a dress which I already have. Emailed twice and phoned and have had no reply as yet.
