My washing machine arrived on time. After using the washing machine 3 times it started leaking. I contacted Beko and they send out an engineer. On investigation the engineer said that the motor was shot and the water lines were damaged. He sent his report back and beko wanted to order that parts to change. I contacted AO and they replaced the whole machine so far so good.

Good product and excellent fitting team

Shop staff very helpful, no pressure sale, it was just what I wanted.

The symbols are poorly laid out and are not clear enough which when your in your 80s it is a struggle. Very disappointed.

I have a freezer and a American fridge freezer both my fist beko appliances and I honestly hate both.
The freezer the draws constantly fall out of the runner and it drives me crazy.
And my fridge freezer dose not stay cold when full and it never has.
Also when o bought it the fridge door was completely out of line with the freezer, I has some one come out and look at it and do something but it made no difference to the door and the seal has completely fallen apart at the bottom. I had a samsung that I bought second hand that was way better then the beko brand new.
And no i would not recomend beko to anyone and will definitely not buy one again completely substandard not worth the money.

If you dont fill the drum right up, it vibrates and violently shakes across the room. We have called the helpline, but feel fobbed off with the answer.
We feel the drum is not correctly balanced. We cannot put washing on and then go out, as have to watch it when it spins. It is next to my tumble dryer, and pushes that around too. I will NEVER buy this again. Not happy with this quality at all.

Bought a washing/drying machine from beko, it’s been one month now working smoothly, no problem. Also bought a freezer from beko 4yrs before, still working smoothly without any complaint..I trust beko company now and recommend people to by there product

I am very pleased with my new upright Beko freezer. After having a chest freezer for 20 years I find this new Beko upright freezer fantastic. The drawers are easy to pull out and I can see exactly what is in them

My son went with me to Curry's to buy a new fridge. The assistant we saw was Myra, from Curry's at Copdock, Ipswich. My son had already popped into the store on his way from Essex to pick me up. Myra was absolutely amazing. We said i was looking for an upright fridge for a conservatory, as i was finding it difficult to bend up and down and clean my under the counter ones, she recommended the Beko. She was so helpful, professional and informative and, we did have a few laughs as well, especially in conversation, realising we are both from the North West, Myra on the Liverpool side of the River Mersey and myself the otherside, the Wirral. Myra, you are a star 10 out of 10 and, my fridge is FAB.

Everything was explained clearly

We were very happy with the customer service and advice from Currys.
The two men who delivered the machine were very efficient and made sure everything was right before they left.
The Beko washing machine is easy to use and we are pleased with it's performance. We have just returned from holiday so it has been working overtime and has coped with the extra loads
