the electronic display is so dim I have…

the electronic display is so dim I have to kneel on the floor to see it.electronic components are quite cheap these days it seems that beko are using the cheapest.
this lets down what is othrewise a good machine

A smart looking fridge/freezer

So glad we could get this fridge the day after ordering as ours had packed up Took our old one away. There were instructions and a lot of spare bits came with it, that weren't needed. The fridge/freezer has plenty of room (more than our last fridge/freezer). Looks smart - all good.

I was informed about the timeslot for…

I was informed about the timeslot for delivery a day before.
I was called 30 minutes before arrival.
Both employers were VERY careful in removing the old on and placing the new one into position, Cabeling etc.
I did the connection myself.
In and out in record time. Bravo

I waited 15 weeks for a replacement…

I waited 15 weeks for a replacement microwave/oven. I placed over 15 phone calls to customer service in Turkey to be told they were dealing with it, when clearly they weren’t not. Shocking customer service worst I have ever encountered. Will never buy Beko again.
