We have been with BEHSS for a number of years, and have never had a problem with their alarm system. We are always given timely reminders of when our annual service is due, making an appointment is easy and helpful, and Mark, the engineer who carries out the work, is very professional and cheerful. We strongly recommend them.

My alarm was installed by Roger on 5 May 1993, when he worked for SRP Alarms and was taken over by Roger when he started BEHSS. The system has been serviced and updated where necessary. The office staff are always friendly and efficient and the same can be said of the engineers (mainly Mark in recent years). I thoroughly recommend this local company

Reliable and efficient service to our alarm system.

Office staff were friendly and helpful. Engineer was on time, polite and courteous and very tidy. He installed our alarm equipment in a professional manner. What was very encouraging was that the system worked immediately it was installed. We were very impressed.

We have used BEHSS for years as a they are a small local business, having moved to them from an impersonal inefficient overpriced large organisation. We find them very reliable.

Booking a service is easy, as they remind you that it is coming up and their very polite, helpful team, available on the end of the phone, make it easy. The service engineer always arrives on time, is polite, careful, quick, efficiently and unobtrusive. All at a very reasonable price. And during our extension the boss came out to review the system and made sensible suggestions that did not cost the earth to have implemented.

Cheerful, helpful office staff book appointments and always accommodating to fit in with a convenient time. Service engineer is punctual, efficient and manages to carry out checks without disturbing me whilst working from home. Very impressive! No hesitation to recommend this company.
