A new system was installed and it has run perfectly.I have had a positive experience with everyone I have engaged with at BEHSS.

My BEHSS security system panel needed replacement to WIFI following a full fibre upgrade of my Broadband by Openreach on behalf of BT.
The Engineer from BEHSS was very experienced and he effected the change over with minimal disruption. He went out of his way to explain the differences with the new system to us to us and we are very pleased with the excellent service that he provided.

As always very pleased with the service I received, from Bourne End and Henley Security Systems. Mark as usual was on time and did a full service as he has for many years. If I need to phone the office they are always polite and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Had a fault with the alarm, rang Monday morning, and the Guy was here the next day, early too. Made short work of it and I didn't even need medication when i got the bill.

BEHSS supplied and fitted our alarm and cctv a good few years ago. Mark services it every year. He is always on time, polite, friendly, tidy and knowledgeable. The company has the personal touch which I like.

Right from the start when Roger came round to do the initial quotation i had a good feeling about the company, their approach and the products they install.

I had in my mind what I wanted and Roger provided a quotation based on that. He did highlight that there could be some risks with re-using the old alarm wiring which turned out to be the case, so they re-quoted for a wireless system which turned out to be a much better, neater solution and I couldn’t be happier with it.

The installer Mark was fantastic, he turned up on time with a courtesy call before.
Mark persevered with trying to use the old wiring but made the call that it was too old and damaged to continue. He showed me why and I appreciated his perseverance.
The install of the wireless system was very quick and clean and he gave everyone a personal run through of the alarm system which was a nice touch. He made it a very pleasurable easy experience and learnt a lot from him during the install.

Dealing with the companies back office staff was also a pleasure providing me with courtesy calls and information keeping me in the loop around the quotes and the installiation.

I have no hesitation recommending Bourne End & Henley Security Systems to anyone requiring a new or replacement home alarm.

BEHSS always provide a great and friendly service. They visit annually to service our home alarm and are always happy to provide hints and tips.

Mark recently did the annual service on my house alarm- arrived early/ did the work without any fuss and was conscious that I was working from home. This is my second house that has been protected by their alarm systems. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend- the office team are polite and can always be reached. We all now appear to live in a world where customer service varies - not these guys. The professional approach is followed by the office staff and the engineers themselves.
