I found a mobile phone at a price and great condition and I have had my samsung galaxy s24 Ultrafor a few days now and it has a great battery life looks excellent and operates like a new phone I'm a return costumer and have bought phones for my whole family and all very happy.Mario

The phone was delivered without the ordered and paid for screen protector and cover. This is exactly what happened with a family member's order and delivery around 6 months ago. Still waiting for Becextech to explain a remediation strategy!?
UPDATE ...
Becextech replied several days later advising the advertised phone cover and screen protector were out of stock and they would send them on via regular post when they had them in stock. Becextech also offerred a refund or credit for the missing items and asked me to take down the Trustpilot review. The screen protector and phone cover arrived in the post over a week later. The communications were all courteous and helpful.

Ordered s22, when it arrived it didn't have the screen protector or case that I'd paid for. Had to keep chasing them via email....you can't actually speak to someone and still haven't received my refund. From other reviews this seems pretty common. Phone also wasn't in excellent condition as described. Do not purchase from here.

Purchased a phone described as in excellent condition but the screen is full of scratches. Obviously the phone has never had a screen protector fitted. Disappointed and misleading company. They would not issue a refund or replacement

Purchased a Sony mobile phone from this company. It stopped working after a few months and now they are refusing to honour the warranty.
After endles exchange of emails they simply refused to give me the money back or repair the product.
I would highly recommend people to stay away from this company. They are buch of criminals.

I purchased a Premium iPhone 13 in blue. Great price especially with the Black Friday coupon. Ordered on Sunday night, posted on Tuesday, arrived on Friday.
Customer service reps kept me up to date with the process. The phone I received looks brand new. I cannot find one mark on it. Excellent service and product. Very happy with the phone, the company and the whole experience.

Advertised as a new phone, confirmed via email as a new phone and then I received a second hand phone. Scratches over screen and case, dirty and has had issues with battery. Very disappointing. They sent the wrong charging cable and their refunds policy is hopeless, could not ship it back in time to meet their deadline and ultimately they have the discretion to reject it. Would avoid purchasing anything from this crowd.

Received galaxy s24 phone and worked fine for 4weeks. Was having trouble, dropped calls, freezing, missing calls/texts to name a few. Went to my carrier (AT&T) and phone was examined. Told was defective with internal damage. Went elsewhere to get Samsung galaxy s25. Not a happy person and disappointed this galaxy s24 caused so much issues. Will NOT be purchasing from here ever again or recommending.

I got a refurbished phone and it was so easy to compare prices. The phone was shipped the next business day and arrived super quickly.
The product was as advertised with minimal damage on the top and bottom left corners but everything was working perfectly.

Super suss, unhelpful and borderline scam. Terrible experience with this shop. Throughout the entire purchase journey there was no indication that the product I was purchasing was refurbished. I reached out asking for help as I was quite shocked to receive something with obvious damage and not in original packaging. Despite numerous emails asking for help and understanding I was cited that as the product name changed to "excellent condition" when I selected my variant, that is ample info to indicate that it's refurbished and thus the damage is acceptable and reasonable. No attempts to work with me and no offer of returns, no understanding of the confusion/really misleading purchase journey. Buyer beware.

Phone is okay. However, you guys failed to send the case, screen protector and car mount that I paid for.

I was so pleased when my camera arrived; it was packed really well in its original box and was in absolutely perfect condition. What I'm most thrilled about, though, is the price. I saved nearly $200 compared to what all the local retailers were charging, which is just an incredible deal.

I'll be honest, the delivery did take a little longer than I was originally anticipating. But for that kind of saving, it was completely worth the wait. The price and the quality of the camera definitely made up for the extra time, and I'll absolutely be shopping with BecexTech again. You just can't beat that value!

It wasnt clear that the phone was coming from Australia.I did not hear about the tracking until 3 days after my order was placed. When i did start trying to track I couldnt. All I got when I tried was a link onto your website and no information.
