Purchased a camera only to have the manual in Japanese or Chinese. I was told that the English version of the manual was available online. As I had purchased the camera for an upcoming holiday where there is no wifi this is unacceptable. To print the manual would not only be expensive but also cumbersome.
The company kept responding with its online ignoring my predicament.
One has the expectation that when purchasing an item in an English speaking country the manual will automatically be in English.

dissapointed , as website states products are in Sydney which is the only reason i purchased from Becex. i also paid the extra fast freight costs and assumed the phone would only take a few days max to post from Sydney to Melbourne.
In reality phone is somewhere in Hong Kong a week after purchasing . Have now had to purchase again locally whilst waitng for this item to arrive some time next month i would imagine.

I purchased a new OnePlus 13 from BecexTech, advertised as the CN (China) version with the Google Play Store installed. My experience with the device and subsequent customer support has been an absolute disaster, spanning over seven months.
The Dual Product Defects (Beyond Repair)
The device suffers from two major, systemic flaws that prove it is unfit for purpose:
Systemic Firmware Defect (The Original Issue): The CN firmware consistently fails to allow multiple, essential third-party applications (and Google Play Services updates) to connect or update when on any standard Wi-Fi network. These apps work perfectly on mobile data, proving the issue is a deep-rooted defect in the device's Wi-Fi network stack.
Critical System Instability (NEW ISSUE): The phone has developed a critical stability flaw, showing it is completely unreliable.
It now experiences frequent, spontaneous, and random reboots.
It is often forced into "Safe Mode", requiring extensive time and troubleshooting on my part just to restart and restore temporary functionality.
This instability is time-consuming and proves the device is critically flawed, a failure documented in video evidence (VID-20251026-WA0000.mp4 and VID-20251026-WA0001.mp4).
The Failure of Customer Service (Seven Months of Denial)
Over seven months, I exchanged over 40 emails with the BecexTech support team (including Zlatan and other colleagues).
Zero Diagnosis: Despite sending multiple video proofs of both the Wi-Fi issue and the spontaneous reboots, the team consistently offered excuses that lacked common knowledge and logical thinking, repeatedly failing to provide a technical diagnosis or solution for any of the problems.
Total Loss of Trust: Their inability to diagnose a major, reproducible problem over seven months demonstrates they do not know the cause and cannot guarantee a repair, yet they still refused to commit to an alternative resolution.
The Unreasonable Demand
When pushed for a final resolution, BecexTech insisted I send the phone back for an indefinite "inspection" period.
They refused my request for a necessary loan phone, meaning I would be left without my only working communication device.
They refused to commit to a remedy (Exchange for a Global Version or a Full Refund) before I shipped the critically defective phone.
Conclusion:
BecexTech sells critically flawed grey-market devices and then subjects customers to a seven-month battle of denial rather than solving the problem. The fact that this defective CN version was priced similarly to the fully functional Global model means there was absolutely no value in this purchase.
Their complete lack of technical support and disrespect for the customer's time and legal right to a functional product are simply unacceptable.
I strongly advise prospective customers to avoid this company. They force customers to resort to an ultimatum: Exchange for a Global Version or a Full Refund processed before I return the defective unit.
I ordered the iPhone
I ordered the iPhone, case and screen protector on the 29th. September. The phone arrived on the 19 th.October but the case and screen protector (damaged) didn’t arrive until 25th. October.
I was very disappointed with the delivery.
The phone is ok and the communication with Anne was prompt.

Gave these guys a second chance and ordered a second phone, paid express post again. Waste of money. No idea how long free postage takes but their idea of express is a joke. No more chances. Got one more phone to buy however that will be from someone else.
Apple 8 So cool
My Apple 8 was a bit overwhelming at first as Ive never had Apple watch, now its linked to my Iphone & Ive learnt the icons I'm over the moon. Newly diagnosed Heart complaint now have HR , cals burnt distance walked & I set up activity goals. I can see how I'm going all the time as I have set these on face of watch. Price was great as couldn't afford new Watch. Thanks Becextech you're lifesavers literally

Bought S25 Ultra new. Price was excellent. Took a while for it to arrive, but not excessively long. Biggest disappoint were the optional extras, phone case and screen protector, were not delivered. My experience with the website has been buggy, it's difficult to log in.

Purchased as "as new" refurbished…
Purchased as "as new" refurbished iPhone, and was expecting some minor/surface level issues. Instead they sent me a phone with a chip out of the corner of the screen that was deep enough to cut me while fitting screen protection. There are several deep marks and this phone is absolutely not worth what I paid for it. When I raised the issue they demanded I pay return fees + restocking fees.
ETA: They asked me to take this review down before they would consider resolving this issue. Not only was the device not Australian stock (as advertised) but it was also damaged to the point that JB hifi refused to take it as a "as new" trade in

CASH FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS
I was offered a cash incentive to write a review of my experience with BecexTech. My first review was rejected as it was honest but negative.
I was then offered a greater payment to rewrite my review with the company in a positive light. I kept copies of the emails because they kept contacting me asking for a positive review.
The device finally arrived
The device finally arrived. Purchased on 27/09/2025. The shopping experience was good. Took a little bit longer than I expected but it got here in the end.
The worst purchase of my life!!! Avoid BecexTech!!!
I purchased a refurbished phone advertised as “new,” and within a few weeks, I noticed serious issues: random reboots and GPS/navigation not working at all, making it essentially unusable.
After reporting the issues, the seller demanded I send the phone back for assessment at my cost. They repeatedly claimed “no issues found,” sent generic reports without evidence or logs, and requested a fee to return my faulty phone, ignoring all the concerns and evidences I provided. The phone was held for nearly two months(!) and I had to pay to get it back, still faulty and all scratched! The gps issue was detected immediately upon return.
I escalated the matter again with Kogan, providing extensive evidence including videos, photos, and a third-party confirming the fault. Kogan intervened and raised this as a major issue under ACL.
Kogan asked me to return the phone for a full refund and the seller tried to perform another assessment without my agreement, again claiming “no issues found,” providing more generic reports, and demanding a $55 fee to return the phone.
I was left without a working phone for 123 days, spending months on back-and-forth emails, evidence gathering, and dealing with stress, time, and so much costs. NSW Fair Trading was also involved.
If it weren’t for Kogan’s intervention, I would likely have needed to go to court, costing even more time to have my money back.
Based on my experience, BecexTech’s customer service, honesty, and accountability are completely unacceptable. Avoid this seller at all costs.
Do not recommend this seller
Ordered and paid for item nearly a week ago and also paid extra for express post. Have followed up numerous times and been told item has shipped and tracking number provided. FedEx tracking states label created however they have not received package for transportation. I will more than likely cancel this order, either way I would never buy from BecexTech again. Terrible seller.
