Excellent condition bought on Amazon renewed did not meet the Amazon published definitions. Highly scratched screen, chipped. Battery was on minimum 80 precent, so don’t hope for better. Returned okay, but a large waste of time, and no excuse or apology for the experience. Also, Bexcetech is getting away with deleting honest legal feedback on Amazon. Awaiting refund, watched similar experiences disappear, every few days after posting. Mine too. So, feedback looks good, before you buy.

I am incredibly happy with my purchase! The service provided by BecexTech was excellent, and the phone arrived exactly when promised. The real highlight, however, is the incredible value. My wife was initially very skeptical about ordering from here due to the low prices, but the results speak for themselves.

My new phone cost literally half of what she paid for hers at a major retailer, and it is exactly the same authentic device in perfect condition. It’s a great feeling to get such a massive deal without compromising on quality. It was a flawless experience overall with absolutely no complaints—I’ve proven that the savings are real!

Ordered 9Jan2026 so I would have the phone for an overseas trip leaving 29Jan but it was not shipped until 9Feb and I did not get the phone until after I arrived back from my 2week trip.

I bought Samsung Galaxy S23 refurbished phone.
It was delived 5 working days. Phone is good one then I expected.

While all other companies selling both refurbished and brand new phones clearly specify whether the phone is refurbished or new you wilfully obfuscate and use vague language that could be easily misconstrued. Until you present yourselves more honestly I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of you.

This was my very first time ordering from BecexTech, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the result. I ordered the Nikon D850 + kit lens, and the equipment arrived exactly as described and in pristine condition. It can sometimes be nerve-wracking trying a new retailer for high-end camera gear, but the entire fulfillment process here was incredibly smooth and reassuring from start to finish.

The customer service team deserves a special mention for being so helpful and responsive. They ensured I was kept in the loop, making the transaction feel personal and secure. Everything was just perfect! I will definitely be using your service again for my future photography needs.

Not only did they ignore my evidence, they broke consumer law on multiple accounts and ignored my emails. Do Not purchase from them!!

I purchased a camera lens from Becextech and after a delay with their shipping, the item was delivered to an incorrect address, and subsequently disappeared.

My freight company told me to lodge this with Becextech, and they decided that, because the item was marked as delivered, the order was fulfilled.

I spent a few weeks following up, even providing them with evidence from the freight companies involved, that it had been delivered to an incorrect address.

But that didnt matter, they said the case was closed and nothing could be done.

The lens cost me $19500.

I am currently in process of taking them to tribunal on breach of Australian Consumer law, and negligence, by ignoring the evidence provided.

Purchased a phone advertised as Renewed – Excellent. Battery health on arrival was 79%, with an Apple system warning confirming significant degradation. Seller refused reasonable partial refund for battery replacement and offered return only. Would not recommend based on quality and after-sales support.

The Ipad Pro 13 M5 is the second Tablet ordered after eight years. The experience has been excellent except for the delay caused by the the product not being in stock. However BecexTech remains faithful to the vision of bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and everyday consumers.

I needed to downgrade my mobile as to be compatible with my DJI Osmo and thought I'd try a refurbished phone, rather than new. I ordered a mobile rated as Pristine, when received it had a chip on the screen. I emailed address from site, asking if they had any other of the same phone, in any condition rating, but without screen damage. A few days later I received a reply asking for photos of damaged screen. Although not getting a reply to my question I sent back pictures and asked again. A few days later I received an email explaining the conditiin rating was correct and any damage to the screen did not hinder it's functionality, and no answer to my question. I replied saying their customer service sucked and why couldn't someone just answer my question and asked for a refund. I got a reply saying my request has been passed on to another team for approval. That was a week ago, and although their site has a pic of a telephone and a woman with a headset on on the contact page they only provide an email and PO Box address. I just wanted a mobile without screen damage...........

I had a great experience with BecexTech. I initially had a bit of a panic because my bank delayed the payment processing, but the BecexTech support team was fantastic. They stepped in to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently so my order wouldn't be held up.

Once the payment cleared, the shipping was surprisingly fast—my phone arrived in less than a week! I’m really happy with the device itself. The only minor downside was that the free case included was for a larger model, so I couldn't use it, but given how smooth the rest of the service was, it’s a small detail. I highly recommend them for their speed and helpful customer service.
