A totally legitimate online business
The Lack of communications in the days following order payment caused concern but my email inquiry received a prompt response and Emily provided daily status updates which was very reassuring. Camera arrived smartly and was perfectly packed.

ZERO customer service.
I sent 4 emails asking for confirmation of order, detail on postage or in the end any detail regarding this order. I got ZERO response to any email. The watch arrived unannounced and when powered up was default language chinese. Thank God for google translate camera function. I'll never deal with this mob again. I note the company now say they replied every time. I am happy to say this is a total lie. Also, who is Travis? Never ever heard of him

Worst Company to deal with ever
They move their prices as they wish - clearly as you revisit the site the price goes up.
When you do place an order they take your money then delay sending your item claiming "fraud protection" when your bank hasnt seen any issue with the payment and have no Privacy Policy nor anything about this on their website. Then they say they dont have stock of the colour you ordered while having the exact same phone colour available on their website, but now more expensive.
WORST SERVICE I have EVER experienced from a company!
20 days and still no phone even dispatched!
Will be starting formal complaint with Commerce Commission as it's BS. They are full of BS "we are just a small company bla bla". They won't supply phone ordered nor compensate me in any way for excessive delays / to accept a phone different from the one ordered and paid for weeks ago.
Deal with them at your own risk. If I could give them No Stars I would!

I paid extra for express delivery and it still took nine days for my purchase to arrive. The screen protector that I had already paid for was not provided and then they said they would post it via regular mail, taking another 2 weeks!
There is no customer phone service, and you can only correspond with the company by email.
Won’t be buying from them again.
Deceptive and misleading practices…
The deceptive and misleading practices of this company are documented by the NZ commerce commission in 2020 and they are still as dodgy as back then.
They advertise prices that undercut competitors but then state there was a mistake and ask for further payment. The additional payment requested exceeded the price prior to markdown, further suggesting deceptive behaviour... Clearly they haven't learnt from the past warnings by the nz commerce commission!
I will not be using them again and suggest you avoid them too.
Expected new phone, got refurbished instead
TL;DR
- Ordered Pixel 9 Pro, thinking it was new.
- It clearly wasn't
- I contacted them and they replied quickly and kindly (Shoutout to Ryan)
- They claimed website was glitched, and did quickly update it
- In the end I received full refund, and they waived restocking fee
- Have not gotten shipping costs for return reimbursed yet, but they might refund that
I ordered a Pixel 9 Pro from them, thinking it was a new one, as nowhere on the website it mentioned anything about "refurbished".
The phone I received was clearly not new. The earpiece had lots of dust in it, and did not seem to be cleaned very well. The packaging was very shabby, and the phone was not very secure in it.
I contacted them, and they claimed it clearly indicated on the website that it was a refurbished phone. I sent them screenshots that it didn't mention that anywhere. They said it was a glitch on their website, and to their credit they did update the listing quickly. The customer service replied very quickly and super friendly, even on weekends and in the evenings.
I demanded a full refund, and refused to pay a restocking fee, since it was clearly not my fault. They agreed. It took some time, but at this point I have received a full refund. Unfortunately I also had to pay 80 NZD to send the phone back (NZ Post claimed it was the only option). At this point they are still considering refunding me the shipping costs.
Total Scam Operation
DO NOT do business with this company.
Took my money for an express posted phone. Only once it had not left their warehouse after 2 full days (advertised postal timeframe) did they admit to not knowing when it would post.
It posted on day 8 and I received the "express order" 11 days after ordering.
Outright refused my refund request when they couldn't tell me when they would ship. It hadn't even been posted at that time but apparently, they "could not cancel".
Worse still, are now advising they are applying a 10% "restocking fee" to my "Peace of Mind" return. No such fees are advertised on their website policy page.
Reported to ACCC. Total scam operation.

DO NOT buy from this company! They will ignore your messages if you have an issue with your product while it is still under warranty and when you message them again when the 1 warranty has expired, they will use that as an excuse to avoid fixing your phone! Unprofessional and unethical liars!

Misleading price and requested more after purchase completed.
Purchased iPhone 11 on their website. Received order confirmation and that it will be updated with shipping. Received an email the next day requesting an additional $78 because of a "pricing error". I declined as upon further reviews read this has happened before to customers. Misleading and false advertisement of price, this has certainly felt like the case with their quick copy and paste of an exert out of VIC law that apparently states all they have to do is remove it and re list with different price. It's going onto the 5th day and I'm still awaiting them to send cancellation through with my $235 refund. I have referred complaint to ACCC who has apparently investigated them before if you do a quick search on them and ratings.
Purchased new phone and watch with…
I ordered a phone and watch on 8 March with express delivery advertised for 10–12 March. The confirmation email stated I would receive tracking details once the order was processed. By 10 March, the order had not been processed and the payment was still pending, so I requested a cancellation.
Customer service responded that delays were due to public holidays in Victoria on 9–10 March, although only 9 March was an actual public holiday. After further discussion, they agreed to issue a refund and asked that I remove my review.
Additional observations:
- The processing delay did not match the advertised delivery timeframe.
- The refund was not immediate.
- The domain name suggests a New Zealand-based supplier, but GST is not collected at checkout.
- This may lead to customs charges, especially for orders over the NZD $1000 threshold.
- The low prices raise questions about whether the products are new or refurbished.
This was not the experience I expected based on the website’s presentation.
