Service is excellent. My first online purchase from Australia and I cannot fault the shipping thru Fedex. I purchased the same Dr Levy masks ahead and those have still not arrived from the UK. Never buying from here ever again , why has it taken 2 weeks not get my parcel delivered, what the hell is wrong with there software or even sending items this was my first order from here and will be my last order, they don’t respond to emails, they don’t give you any tracking updates on your parcel, and now it’s going to arrive 5 days late such a joke of a company do not buy from here better off spending the extra £10-£15 more to get better shipping and better communication from a different discounter.
