You should be ashamed of yourselves scamming and ripping people off …. you have the worst reviews I have ever seen - just wish I had seen them before I bought off you dirty people….SHAME ON YOU… haven’t recieved my items and it’s been over a week and you are supposedly only at the Gold Coast ….Ill be reporting them to get their website down! Don’t even deserve the one star that had to enter to even write this review 🤬🤬

Give a zero stars if I could. Advertised my items as 100% cotton. Not any cotton at all 100% polyester. Do not order from this company.

They advertise everything under false pretences. It looks nice on the ads but when you receive it, it is nothing like what you ordered. I got a so called ‘leather’ bag which is thin patchwork cheap leather look and has a horrible smell. They also sent me the wrong colour. I also bought a DENIM dress which turned out to be not denim but a cheap thin cotton.
They are asking exhorbitant prices and say they are on sale !! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !

I ordered a real leather bag and it turned out to be a stinky vinyl bag.. I am not happy. Please do not order from them!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY HAVE MULTIPLE WEBSITES using different names but similar look with a blue background with stars. Like every other review, complete & utter rubbish quality. Over price items. I bought 2 dresses that were “discounted “ but they weren’t even worth the $70 each I paid. Sizes not true to size, threads hanging off everywhere & a rip in the stitching that hold one side of the dress together. One wash & it’ll fall apart. I only bought from them thinking I was supporting a Aussie business on the Gold Coast, that was to be closing down not a sweat shop in China.
I waited three weeks for my purchase not the 5 to 10 days. The one star is for them sending me updates on the delivery. Grossly disappointed.

Your company can't improve because your at the bottom of the heap. I still have not received my orher product I bought from you so now you have my money 120$ for 2 products. I got my dress well pic want wasn't what I ordered in the bin. Happy days I hope you live with what you do with consumers and falsey advertise your products. You gave misled customers and I hope you can sleep right in bed knowing how you treat your customers

I fell for the website pictures which are completely false advertising. Shocking products, cheap quality, no tags/labels. I am embarrassed to admit that I didn’t read reviews before ordering. I really don’t understand how company’s like this one can get away with cheating and lying to customers. Stay away from this company is my advice!

If I could score below 0 I would The outfit I ordered was absolutely disgusting and the quality of the clothing is horrible it looked nothing like the dress on their website I recommend to never ever buy anything from them. What a waste of money and they are not willing to refund the money so I can buy another dress for my nieces wedding 😫😤

Minus 0 rating. The Chinese owner has numerous company’s under different names like Movenza Melbourne, My London Wardrobe, Bella-Canberra etc. All relatively new set ups of about 12 months. They copy pictures from other sites. I ordered leather boots which were fake. Rubbish copies. Everything has to be returned to China at your cost and not cheap. Bought two bags and they are complete rubbish. Not leather, cheap and nasty. $130 lesson learned here. Next time I'll read reviews first 😡

Clothes were terrible quality and not finished - seams not completely sewn. Cannot possibly wear and refused to refund. They are scammers - are not based on Gild Coast but China.

Bag I paid 60.00 for has still not arrived. Emailed with a question re an ad that said all new stock in. What you're closing down!!! Cannot believe I didn't check reviews prior

SCAMMERS! DO NOT ORDER. I realised after I placed an order that they were NOT a Gold Coast store. Tried to cancel my order before it was shipped, got a generic email then crickets. They have just flat out ignored all my emails. Order still not shipped, but still not reply. Clearly they don't care. This is just a flash scam, they'll run it as hard as they can until they are shut down, then start up again under another false business and do it all over again.

Don’t purchase these substandard Chinese made no label ripoffs. The items I received look nothing like the photos. It’s a scam.

WARNING WARNING ‼️ Do not purchase anything from this fake company. Falsely claiming Gold Coast family business. All products from China and cheaper on Temu. Arrived with no tags, cheap quality material. Asked for a refund and was advised a 20% refund and keep the dress would be a cheaper option then to post back to OS factory. Do not purchase anything - I am embarrassed that I fell for this scam.

All of their products can be found on the TEMU website for a fraction of the price, very misleading!

I bought three items recently on the basis that they could be returned for full refund if not satisfactory. They did not fit and the fabrics were sub standard so i immediately wrote and said I would like to return them and requested a refund. The first response offered replacements and I could keep the originals. I said no thank you. The second response offered a 20% refund and I could keep the originals.
Do not buy from this company. It portrays itself as a gold coast shop but is actually a front for an os Chinese manufacturer.

If I could give a 0 star review (if such a thing) I would. This company is supposedly Gold Coast based and Australian designer clothes.
Dishonest and misleading website.
After requesting local information and GC address I was informed goods are shipped from “Asian” warehouse. I immediately requested to cancel order and a full refund but supposedly one day after purchase, it was too late. They then took 25 days for the “made in China” items to arrive, which are crap. Company is a Total Scam.
Nowhere but here to leave reviews on TikTok or website.
I’ve lodged a complaint with Qld fair trading and ACCC.
