Purchase took almost a month to arrive, had to follow up. Tracking website almost seemed fake and item came from china. Once item finally arrived it was not as advertised, very tacky. Emily the customer service representative negotiated a partial refund amount when I emailed offering a 20% then 50% refund after I held them accountable with consumer law. Eventually a full refund if I returned the item however I was requested to post the parcel back to china myself for the full refund which costs more then if I took the 50% refund. In the end I took the 50% to at least reimburse some of my loss. Let’s see if it actually comes through. Absolute scam!

IT IS A SCAM!
I purchased a leather bag from their website, but it took a long time to arrive because it shipped from a warehouse in China. When it finally came, the bag was awful—cheap and flimsy, like a library bag made of fake leather. I reached out to their customer service representative, Emily, who first offered to let me choose something else from their site of equal value for free. I declined, saying I didn’t want anything else from their website. Then, she offered me a 20% refund, which I refused, asking for a full refund instead. She countered with a 30% refund, which was surprising since I’ve never encountered a company negotiating refunds like this. After that, I never heard back from her. I feel scammed by this fake awful website.

I was lucky that I couldn’t process the order, and emailed them as to what I wanted. I got a very lovely reply fromEmily very quickly, then I looked for a phone number, couldn’t find & became suspicious so then checked the reviews. I then realised that if it looked too good to be true, it probably was. A very lucky escape

I purchased a dress from this company. It took longer to receive it. Upon receiving it shows it is nothing like the picture. Measurements are all wrong. Stitching is terrible. Plus has no label just size. This company doesn't explain its quality is crap and shipped from China. Even though they offer 30days money back guarantee. Will not except myself sending back for a full refund. Just offering me a 30% refund and keep the dress. Why would I keep it if the quality is so poorly made and Measurements are wrong. I will be taking it further to Fair trading as people should be made aware of this shonky company

Nothing more than a cheap Chinese drop shipping company masquerading as a Gold Coast Boutique. I Called them out on this in an email and the reply was “Beaumont is indeed an Australian-based company, though we operate globally with warehouses in various regions including Europe, Asia, and North America to better serve our customers worldwide. Your parcel is being shipped from our Asian warehouse.”
I call BS, especially when the reply came at ~ 1:00am AEDT, also no ABN or any business resembling this one registered on the ABR. They graciously offered 20% refund and we could keep the items, presumably to use as cleaning rags, took it and cut my losses.

I would give zero if I could. This website is misleading and selling very poor items. Their policies are lies. No refund is given, no return address provided and there is no ABN. The leather bag I received is vinyl, NOT leather, the dress is hideous. Made from poor material and badly made too.
I have written 5 emails to this business-regarding the items I received. I requested an address to return the goods. And was fobed off with a 20% discount on other bad items from their website. In another email, I mentioned that they are falsely advertising. They didn’t acknowledge this, but offered me a mother offer of 30% discount. Don’t buy from this cheap China store. There’s nothing GoldCoast about it! Report the scam to the ACC

This company ships crappy clothes direct from China. I suspect the pictures are not theirs as what you receive looks nothing like what you get. Total scam. Stay away

The article I ordered (which took weeks to arrive) was nothing like it was shown on the picture or advertised to be. Shoddily made in China to a totally bizarre pattern that wouldn’t fit anyone. Cheap nylon fabric instead of cotton/linen blend. This is such a scam & I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. Stay away from this site . A comple scam & waste of hard earned money.

This site is not who they make-out to be .Thought I was buying in Australia, Gold Coast & it was a good quality Linen top .I was wrong It came from China & the stitching at the front of the collar is exposed It was a snug fit also .After email complaints (several) they offer me the same top or something for the price .Ordered another top the same in a different colour & a size bigger. Which still has stitching exposed $59.95 @ half price I don't think so Temu is finished better & less then half that price This company is a drop shipper for sure .Very disappointing Mrs S .Baker

This place is a scam!!!! Do not purchase from his so called Australian family owned company, my bag i ordered months ago hasn't even shown up, each time I email them about my delivery I get the same generic response and still no product has been sent....Do not buy from them.....

Just received a bag from so called queensland owned company who advertised they have a heavy heart because of family trouble and are closing down . It’s a SCAM . I’m so angry . The $80 bag is plastic and nothing like the pics . The refund policy is non existent! What can we do ? Consumer affairs maybe ?

Absolute rubbish garments DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a shirt paid good money for cheap and nasty product. They say from the Gold Coast - came straight from China.

This company is a scam. Clothing is cheaply made imitations. Their website and advertising looks professional but the clothing received is not what is advertised and they will not refund your money even though they have a 30 day money back guarantee.

I ordered linen and it is thin polyester.
They advertise as a legitimate "Australian Family Business" on the Gold Coast but they are cheap Asian imports.

Purchased a ‘leather’ hand bag. A very cheap looking product, claimed it was leather. It is not. It has a plastic lining that will rip in a very short time. Smells strongly of some type of polish, that is easily wiped off with a wet clothe.
Can’t return it, as they have a no return policy on sale items…. Everything on there site is on sale.

This company is a scam. Ill-fitting, poor quality, clothing that you CANNOT get money back on.

I would rate them zero stars if possible. I bought three leather handbags, two for Christmas presents. All bags valued at over $200- each, on special for about $80- each. Cheap vinyl/polyurethane bags turned up, not nearly as classy looking as in the pictures. I'm sure I could have picked them up in a discount store for under $5-.
They are not abiding by their 30 day returns policy and are not sending out a return shipping label. They have offered me a 20% refund after much to and fro via email.

Fake site 👎🏼. I ordered two of the leather bags and they came looking like a PVC library bag 😭💰 money down the drain that I don't have to throw away in the first place. There are way too many of these sites popping up everywhere!! It's a massive problem I don't want to buy online ever again because of these ppl DONT DO IT don't buy off this site 👎🏼

Please DON’T get trapped into purchasing from this website. It is a fake non Australian site. The business is not closing down and the clothing shown in the photographs are not what you will receive. The people who are scamming customers will not care if they receive a poor review but hopefully someone will be saved from using their legitimate earnings.
