DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY - SCAMMERS
I feel the same way most of you feel. I can't believe I trusted their story. Clothes cheap and nasty and not what was advertised. Very disappointed. Will be reporting to various agencies to make sure they don't rip anyone else off.

I was persistent and got my money back

I was persistent and got my money back. They offered me 20% and then 30% but I threatened to take it to Dept of Fair Trading. I had to send the shoes back which cost me $20 but I didn't care. It was the principal of the thing.

This company does not even deserve 1…

This company does not even deserve 1 star. They are just out to fleece people who think they are buying from an Australian company. None of the items purchased remotely resembled the pictures on their website. 3 emails requesting a label to return the items has gone unanswered. The sob story they tell of a family business and they are closing down is just a load of rot, to get more money from unsuspecting customers. Hopefully you will come undone, much like your pathetic garments.

I could not be more disappointed

I could not be more disappointed. Not only in the quality and sizing of the items, but also in myself for not fully checking for reviews like this before I made the mistake of purchasing two pairs of shoes. They took 17 days to arrive. The first I realised it was an overseas supplier was when I was hit with a Foreign Currency exchange fee from my bank. FFS. These shoes are very poorly made, no names / brands / markings on anything. Loose stitching. Poor quality materials. And they stink like the crappy plastic shite that they are. It's outrageous that shoddy scam companies like this can blatantly hawk their crap goods via Meta. Shame.

A fraudulent company

A fraudulent company, it is not from Gold Coast, it's from China, the quality is worse than Temu's, it's bad.

Do NOT buy. If you already bought, lodge a complain with your bank or paypal, return the item(s), and report this website/business to Scam Watch.

Please report them to Scam Watch and Fair Trade, they must be taken down.

I thought I could trust this site because PayPal was added as a Payment option, but clearly PayPal has no intention of disconnecting their method.

This is rubbish

This is not a business it is just pocketing money from people who think they are buying quality products.
I offered to return for a refund as the clothes looked nothing like on the website. I was told I could get a 20% refund and keep the clothes thatI could not even wear. That worked out to be $28. They need to be looked into by the Department of Fair Trade. Scam

Absolute Scam...

Absolute Scam...
Not an Australian company operating from Gold Coast.
Not a family business selling up.
Do not ship via Australia Post.
Do not ship same day (takes weeks).
Do not honour advertised Money Back Guarantee.
Do not issue advertised Return Label.

My story is same as everyone else. Sucked in..didn't checkout co before ordering.
Ordered 4 items about $300 - all were shoddy generic ripoffs of contemporary advertised products.
No labels - no tags - loose threads - unfinished hems - Chipped buttons - Definitely not linen as ordered.
Shipped from China.
Wouldn't honour the 30 day money back guarantee.

Immediately lodged claim with Visa (5/11/24)
Have today been informed it was successful.
I am stunned these people are still operating their fraudulent company in Australia.
Don't be sucked in by the website or trendy contemporary clothing... it is not what you will receive.
Be Aware...

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY
This company advertises as a local Aussie boutique; however everything ships unbranded from China and is poor quality. I’m trying to return a couple of items and they will only offer me 30% refund. I sooooo wish I never purchased from them. If I could have given 0 stars I would have!

Beware overseas company that doesn't follow it's published refund policy.

Beware this is an overseas company even though the name has Gold Coast in it. Bought a few things and wanted to return 2 items as they weren't size wise as described. Refund policy says free return but when I asked for shipping note they said the items were final sale so couldn't return. Offered to send replacement but after a few emails of negotiation I got back 50%. The quality was ok for the 70% mark down price but won't shop there again and warn anyone else not to shop there.

Ordered a dress which was not received

Ordered a dress and paid thru Paypal. The dress never came but was told it had been delivered, Was given an address in WA where it was delivered and i am in Victoria. After telling them it was not me , got no more answer. Queried through Papal and they told Paypal it was delivered. So Paypal have done nothing just sent me a link that showed it was delivered by the courier which you cannot get in touch with. Paypal wants me to get a pod as to the address it was delivered. How do you do this when you cannot contact the courier. Is this a scam and Paypal is in on it ?????

Absolute scam China shoes scammed as Gold Coast company

Absolute scam. Bought a pair of slipper sandals. Looked great quality in pictures. 1. The order automatically doubled - from 1 pair to 2 pairs. I wrote and complained. Refunded 1 pair money. 2. 10 days later no delivery. Sent reminder. Then delivered in 36 hrs.
3. Opened package. Absolute rubbish. Looked nothing like the photos. Complained about quality. Offered 20% refund. Or return to factory in China at own cost. 4. Asked 50% refund. Offered 30%. And told anything more not possible. 4. Do the math- paid 45 AUD . Got $13.50 refund. They still made $31.50 for crap that I cannot wear.
So beware. Avoid. Have learnt my lesson. Be very careful choosing online ordering.

Absolutely disappointed

Absolutely disappointed. The quality of the dress is rubbish, nothing like the picture. Definitely got stung paying way more than it is worth. I have always avoided buying clothes online but gave it a go. Did my measurements & ordered small but I received a tent sized dress. Very frustrating 😤😠

Don’t bother

Don’t bother. Fabric is rubbish and not as advertised. The dress I got looks like a tent. Workmanship is poor. When requested info on how to return items despite their website stating you can I am still waiting for a response. Massive waste of money. Temu does a better job and costs less.

Same clothes and pictures on Timu for cheaper prices

Clothes I ordered are also advertised on Timu. Identical photos. Products very expensive in comparison. Sizes small even though I ordered L. Luckily I sew so have been able to make them fit. Red colour more pink than red. Have redyed to make more red.
Just as well they are closing. Do not buy from them

Orthopedics sneakers are rubbish. A waste of money on my behave. Shame first order did not arrive before I placed second order.
