Me too
Me too. Wish I was more careful. There is no phone number. After 6 weeks I still haven't received the parcel. Tells you to track it to neverland pointing to carriers that do not have that tracking number. Don't know about quality of goods but customer service non existent. Update: Received now. Material good. Cut good. True to size.
Very disappointed with my items
Very disappointed with my items. I was made to think they were coming from the Gold Coast however they came from overseas and I was charged an International Fee on my credit card transaction. Not happy! To add to that, they are not real leather but faux leather. Never again.
If I could give a 0 rating I would. Steer clear.
If I could give a 0 rating or a negative rating, I would. Sadly I never checked for reviews until after I realised I had been duped. The quality of the products is terrible. Two clothing items arrived stained and the stains didn’t wash out. Some were damaged or poorly finished. The quality of the fabric was very poor. I was hoping to wear some of the items to special events. No chance. No response at all from the company. I wasted a lot of money and feel very disappointed and ripped off. I gave the company plenty of opportunities and time to respond.
Wish I’d seen these reviews before…
Wish I’d seen these reviews before purchasing anything from this company. $225.00 down the drain. Thought I was purchasing pure linen tops. Turns out to be polyester and so small they’d fit a barbie doll. Poorly made. Promised me replacement clothes to the same value. Emailed again. Nothing. Do not purchase from this company
Biggest scam of the century!
I thought I was purchasing items of a decent quality, being from a Queensland boutique. The items came from China, and are the worst quality I have ever seen in clothing. When I complained, they said I could have replacements of the items that didn’t fit. I’ve ordered one item in a much larger size, and another I went for a different replacement. Let’s see what happens when I receive them! The worst $400 I’ve ever spent! They are nothing like what they appear to be in the photos. None of them. They are the biggest scam. Do not trust them. I sent a follow up email today I can’t bring myself to place the remaining items in my wardrobe, as they are such poor quality. They responded with “ we only allow one time exchange per order”. Do NOT trust them, or their quality.
Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off! Two dresses - don’t fit and made of rubbish fabric. The Gold Coast story is nonsense. Steer clear of this scam
Beaumont Gold Coast is a scam and a waste of money
Beaumont Gold Coast is a scam. They say they are closing down which is a lie. I believe they are a front for Temu as they advertise many of the same garments. The products are shipped from China, not the Gold Coast in QLD. All 4 clothing items I purchased were unsuitable in regard to incorrect sizing and/or colour. The fabric quality and styling is extremely poor and the garments looked nothing like the photos advertised online. I asked to return the items and receive a full refund. My request was declined and I was offered a 20% discount to keep the items. I chose the latter due to the hassle involved in returning the items to China. That was the last I heard from Beaumont Gold Coast and the 20% discount has never eventuated. I'm going to give all the garments to charity as they are unwearable and I'm too embarrassed to gift them to anyone. Judging by the number of similar reviews on this site I can't believe they are still allowed to trade in Australia! What's going on?
don't click on those ads!
don't click on those ads while you are playing games. they had a false paypal account. It wouldn't accept my payment, just as well. Clearly a scam. so happy I didn't buy

Misrepresented themselves they aren't on the Gold Coast, they are from China. Very poor quality not like in the picture won't return but replace with something even poorer quality. Don't buy from them!!!!
Goods not as advertised
Goods not as advertised. Cashmere pullover totally synthetic. Boots had felt pen on them. Delivery took weeks. All cheap Chinese made.
Beaumontclo = SCAM SCAM SCAM
Beaumontclo Gold Coast deserves 0 stars - they are a SCAM, do not order anything from them online. I wish I had read Trust Pilot reviews before purchasing.
Not an Australian Company but claims to have stores on the Gold Coast and Melbourne. Company shows up as Romeo e Commerce on my Pay Pal account.
Totally false online advertising , items must be photo shopped because they are definitely a load of rubbish and nothing like the pics.
Materials stated as cotton are plastic feeling polyester and garments a very poor fit. The garments have no labels.
Forget about their advertised 30 day return gaurantee unless you want to return it to an obscure address in China at your expense. I have been given 3 different addresses so far.
Forget about 100% refund - they try to offer you another item instead and try to negotiate 20% refund.
I have had close to 40 emails from them trying to get refund/return.
I referred my complaint to Pay Pal with an unsatisfactory response so far. PayPal just appears to be sending the company the same information that I have already sent to Beaumontclo in my 30+ emails 🤬
UPDATE 29/11/2024 : Paypal have resolved my dispute with this seller and found in my favour. The full refund amount has been transferred into my bank account by Paypal. The unwearable clothing items have gone into the plastic recycling bin.
Thankyou Paypal 😃
Not leather as advertised
Not leather as advertised. Cheap vinyl. Extremely disappointed - and I bought 4 bags for Christmas presents.
Would like to return and get a refund
BEAUMONT GOLD COAST is a SCAM
The clothing that arrived was not as advertised—very, very poor quality. I requested a refund only to be told to keep the product or ship it to China for a full refund if they approve. I sent an email from a separate email address asking about their refund policy BEFORE I bought to avoid being ripped off - The response was YES, 100% refund.
After 7 emails back and forth, "Emily" offered a 30% refund and then finally a 50% refund. I had no choice but to settle for a 50% refund, and that has arrived in my account today...BURNED...
BEAUMONT GOLD COAST is a SCAM - this should be a NO STAR REVIEW!!
Scam
I ordered a bag on the 18th October,i have been able to track it and it is supposedly stuck at the sydney centre and the order is closed, how do I get a refund .this is not an Australian company they are a scam from China
SCAN SCAM SCAM
As all the other’s most definitely a scam
False advertising, broken and damaged goods, not what was advertised, no refund but offered for me to keep what I ordered and order replacement product for free. The problem is I don’t want their rubbish. You would be better off shopping at Kmart, at least their products are better quality.
Crappy nylon type material
Crappy nylon type material, would be exceptable if it was from Temu and at a quarter of the price! Have had to email them 4 times for any response! That was after I threatened to give them a bad review and report them! Very FALSE! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!
Just as others claim
Just as others claim. This would be zero stars if that were an option. Purports to be a local company (suggestion that it is family business on the Gold Coast, closing after 30 years and clearing final stock), but goods are sent from China. The same poor quality rip-offs. Fabrics are not as described or shown in the picture, e.g. a three blend synthetic trying to be passed off as cashmere. Same nonsense re returns/refunds and 30-day money back guarantee. And the never-ending closing down sale, that keeps sending emails about more stock. Payment was to Romeo E-Commerce. Whatever/where ever that company is based, this operation is very shonky.
There is supposedly a store in Melbourne offering the same products and also closing down.
All sounds very plausible until you are bitten. I thought I was reasonably savvy re scams, and that I was protected by PayPal. Totally suckered in by this one.
Dispute resolution through PayPal, does not appear to be of any use at all.
Update: PayPal resolution initially worked just as a conduit for my complaints to the company and their unacceptable offers. It was no different from when I was first writing to the company without escalating my complaints through PayPal. Clearly no one was mediating at that point.
Then a friend told me to ring PayPal rather than just use the online resolution. PayPal then directed me to upload very detailed photo evidence of my complaints, then asked for even more. Eventually I was told that my money would be refunded only if I returned the goods at my expense, with tracking, and supplied photo evidence including the tracking number. I hesitated to do so as obviously it was going to be expensive and I did not want to lose more money if they reneged. However, since I had spent $340 I decided to go ahead even though it was grossly unfair. One of the people at PayPal said that they will negotiate on the transaction itself, but had no interest in the money back guarantee or the returns policy, saying that was between me and the company.
I have just received notice of my full refund and have decided to consider the loss on postage my warning to never deal with anyone online who does not display an address and telephone number I can verify, and never to purchase anything without checking for reviews. I generally do, but on this occasion didn't.
I am interested that one reviewer says PayPal negotiated the refund without the return of the goods.
If goods do have to be returned overseas, then obviously what you have paid determines whether doing so is economically sound.
I do think that PayPal needs a warning system (like eBay seller % rating) where buyers are alerted if a company triggers the number of complaints that Romeo E-commerce does. We would then have a chance of knowing exactly what company it is before finalising the transaction (i.e. I had been conned into believing it was Beaumont Gold Coast) and that hitting the "Pay Now" button may not be wise.
