Material is not as advertised. They are not a ‘local Australian business’ as items are made shipped from overseas. When items arrived and one had a tear Beaumont offered to replace but when I advised I wanted to return both items for a full refund since they do not match the description. It took them a week to respond with a no since it would have to be sent back to the international depot. They are a scam, do not buy.

I will say they offered me a 20% refund off the items already purchased after I requested to return the items for a full refund. Not good enough when the product is not good and service obviously worse.

Be very careful, this site does not comply with Australian consumer protection laws. It says if an item is damaged you can't get a refund.

I wish I had checked this site before wasting my money on absolute rubbish.
The 2 dresses I ordered have a similar pattern to ones I received but the material is nothing like those shown.
The charity bin win be the only winner for me.

One star is how you rate them but I would not bother. How is this company allowed to trade in this country as it’s obviously a scam. A class action against Facebook advertising is needed to get rid of these Chinese scammers. The goods are rubbish not even worth $1.

This company is not from the gold coast or even Australia! They are Scammers. I paid $62 for a jump suit size LARGE it wouldn’t even fit a small person. It is badly made with no manufacturers label, absolute rubbish material. No return address on package.
I have learned my lesson the hard way.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Since writing this review I have had a couple of offers from this company of a partial refund. In the end I accepted $18 refund because I just want them out of my life, they are causing me too much stress. They say they are closing their business! Don’t believe them. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Ordered orthopedic sandals,absolute rubbish,emailed them and they kindly sent me another pair of my choosing.for that I give them 3 stars

Not an Aussie company. Proven by having to pay exchange rate on credit card. Quality not as advertised. It’s a scam. Buyer beware!

1 star is 1 star too many. Buyer beware! The company is not Australian and you will not receive what you ordered but rather low-quality products and the company is not closing down as they advertised nor are they even based in Australia as you will be charged an international transaction fee. One word to describe is that they are SCAMMERS and unfortunately, I've been scammed. I Will know better to research before purchasing online in the future. Lesson learnt.

False advertising- not based in Gold Coast as advertised on their website but based in China & their goods are fake & extremely poor quality I bought a bag that was advertised as vintage leather...firstly it took weeks to arrive, secondly my bank charged me international fees after I ordered my item & when it arrived it was fake leather ....absolute rubbish! I insisted on returning it & be paid my full refund, which costed me half the charge of the bag ordered but it was a matter of principle!.if the purchase was not done via PayPal I wouldn't have heard from them! They also tried to delay my refund despite the submission of proof that their bag was shipped & tracked back to where it came from & as requested by them! Dishonest & a total scam!

Sucked in like others who thought this was a family owned Australian brand until I hit purchase and it showed Chinese shipping. Took 4 weeks to arrive and goods were nothing like advertised. Poorly constructed, not the composition described, no labels at all and worthless rags. Don’t be sucked in by the 30 day returns “guarantee” either. This company is a scam. I do not even rate it one star

Pretended if I ordered by midday shoes would arrive next day. Stupidly I thought Gold Coast meant Gold Coast Australia. Weeks later arrived from China. Advertised as orthopaedic shoes… constructed of cardboard and thin webbing.
$67 worth of rubbish. Sorry op shop, they’re all yours

The shoes that were advertised as orthopeodic were not as described just cheap plastic totally inferior. I put a claim in wit paypal and they came back offering a miserable $14.98 partial refund. Obviously declined. Why they are allowed to trade China of course such items that are of low cheap quality despite the advertising declaring there in Queensland in absolutely deception to the customer

Why didn't I check for customer reviews before purchasing? Because I was quite sure this shop was located on the Gold Coast and not somewhere overseas and also because the pricing reflected an Australian company and not a company from China - WHICH IT IS! As such the quality is rubbish and nothing like the photo of the product you think you are purchasing. Of course when you ask for a refund you cannot get a full refund. Some rubbish story about the price to ship it back to China - yada yada yada. My products are in the bin and I am out of over $100. DO NOT BUY FROM THE ALLEGED "GOLD COAST" BEAUMONT!

I made the same mistake. Only one garment of the 4 that I purchased is wearable. Horrible fabric. I ordered all ‘medium’ sizes. I received a variety of sizes XS to XL even though they all say medium. I have worked in the clothing Industry before and should have known better.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - they are not based in Australia. Buyer beware!!!!!!

Soo many times I hesitated, but I loved the advertised outfit. So I relented, and made a purchase.

Now, sooo angry with myself that I did not trust my instincts.

Buyer beware is all I can say after receiving my so called leather bag today. It’s a joke…cheap junk with the most disgusting odour & I would be too embarrassed to even take it to a charity shop. Serve me right for not reading reviews. It irks me that I have to give this store a rating. I may have pressed one star but my actual rating is zero! Do not waste your money…you get what you pay for…utter bad quality rubbish!

I should have read reviews before purchasing anything from this company.
They made out they were an Australian company so I stupidly ordered items from them.
They were nothing like the photos and wouldn’t return emails (I sent 4 of them)requesting a return and refund so I am left with clothes that are so different from photos and are horrible.
What a rip off company!!!

I ordered a dress from these guys and when it arrived it didn't fit. The website says to get a refund you have to email them. I have emailed multiple times and received no response.
