Question were answered promptly and effectively agent kept in touch through out the process and made everything easy to deal with was a little disappointed that I didn't receive the first free month due to the fact I couldn't close within a month I probably should not have applied as early as I did

This was one of the most straightforward parts of all the admin of buying a house. Cheapest cover to be found but the service did not reflect that. Personal experience, all questions answered promptly & everything explained by people who know what they are talking about. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Andrea has been great start to finish…
Andrea has been great start to finish with setting up and explaining everything we needed to know about our insurance. She was really responsive and has made the process so easy. I went to Beat the Bank as I didnt want to deal with phone calls and nuisance emails, and got exactly what I expected with them. Great process, really quickly sorted. Will definitely be back again for any insurance needs in the future.

Great service and very personable. Andrea helped us through every bit of the application and couldn't have been more helpful. They were also a lot more competitive than all the other providers. Will definitely use again when my other policies are up for renewal.

Great Service
We were in contact with Andrea, although we were unable to get life insurance due to medical problems, Andrea was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
We will be using beat the bank in the future when we can apply again.
