Viel Potential, was nicht ausgeschöpft wird.
Die hervorragenden Produkte im Bartöl-Abo rechtfertigen leider nicht den mehr als mangelhaften Kundenservice und stehen auch im keinem Verhältnis zu den unregelmäßigen (um mehrere Wochen verschobenen oder gänzlich ausfallenden) Lieferungen - währenddessen die Bezahlung natürlich immer pünktlich abgebucht wird.
Schade! Konzept ist sonst sehr gut.
