Erfolgreich abnehmen geht.... Für jeden

Nach unendlich vielen gescheiten Abnehmversuchen, bin ich auf Vivien gestoßen. Am Anfang war ich skeptisch und hab auch erst mal nicht gedacht tatsächlich 7 kg abzunehmen. Ich wollte nicht mit kurzfristigen Maßnahmen wie Shakes oder oder abnehmen.
Ich wurde sehr gut beraten. Die App ist einfach zu nutzen. Mir wurde ein kompletter Ernährungsplan erstellt. Es war einfach sich daran zu orientieren und ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich tatsächlich so viel essen kann und trotzdem abnehmen werde. Aber es hat super funktioniert. Ich bekomme regelmäßig Feedback was sehr motivierend ist. Wenn mal was stagnierte hat Vivien mir Mut gemacht und Zack... Neues Tiefstgewicht.

Vivien war wirklich eine super tolle…

Vivien war wirklich eine super tolle Hilfe. Es kam alles genau richtig, ich habe durch sie ca. 5 kg in 3 Monaten abgenommen. Ich hatte starke Zweifel und dachte ich schaffe das nicht. Wie man sieht bin ich super stolz auf mich und bin froh das ich mich getraut habe mich bei ihr anzumelden.
