Huge delays, false advertising and bad customer service
Ordered bath with 2-3 week lead time. When it didn’t arrive I requested an update and was told it would arrive a week later. After another week, I was informed that the bath was missing parts. I then had to wait 10 days for a reply to my query at which point they told me I would have to wait an additional 9 weeks for delivery. So a 2-3 week lead time had become a 14 week wait. I requested a full refund and am sourcing from another supplier. To make matters worse, I informed them that their website was still claiming a 2-3 week lead time on the bath I had ordered and at the time of review they have still not changed this information despite knowing that customers will have to wait at least 9 weeks.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am genuinely sorry for the delays, poor communication, and the frustration this caused, this is clearly not the level of service we aim to provide.
Your order went well beyond even the longest estimated lead time. While we do monitor lead times closely and update them frequently, in this case, the lead time you were advised of should have been updated on our website immediately. This is our standard practice, and I acknowledge that this was not done at the time, which I regret.
Unfortunately, our supplier provided us with multiple conflicting lead times, which the team passed on in good faith. While the supplier did let us down, we fully accept that the biggest issue here was the lack of clear and timely communication with you. This is something we normally pride ourselves on, and it’s disappointing that we fell short in this instance. A number of compounding issues affected your order, but this is not reflective of how we operate.
We’re pleased that you have now received your full refund and once again I apologise for the inconvenience caused. I appreciate your feedback and will be using it to ensure this situation does not happen again.

Found their attention to detail to be excellent. I had ordered a lamp along with an incorrect lampshade, and rather than simply sending the items and dealing with a return later, they proactively contacted me to confirm whether I wanted to amend the order. This level of care and customer service was very much appreciated.

Superb selection of products
Excellent selection of products on their website. I found the exact type of replacement shower head I was looking for, it is yet to be installed but it is of excellent quality and great value as it was on sale. I chose to collect it myself and the staff were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely purchase from them again.
