I had an issue with a shower that I bought. It was a supplier issue. Ciaran jumped onto it and had a new shower out to me in 24 hours. He was absolutely fantastic to deal with. I was so impressed and would strongly recommend the team

Brilliant prices and customer service
I had a brilliant experience with both the site and with Mick on email and the phone; there's always a concern with seeing such good prices online that you're taking a risk but they are a longtime business with the warehouse in Dublin, great to help adapt your shopping list to what you need even if you can't see it immediately in stock. Highly recommend.

Good Experience.
Delivery was slightly slower than I hoped/expected but communication very good. Good value. Had a unit handle that was slightly damaged which was replaced immediately, without any fuss. Good experience.

Bathroom cabinet
The cabinet looks lovely. It took a few weeks to arrive but was delivered well packaged in excellent condition. I'm looking forward to having it mounted on the wall, time will tell after that in terms of quality

Very positive experience
Very positive experience. Ciaran was beyond helpful and managed to organise an item for collection the same day for me as I was in a rush! Really fantastic customer service, he dealt with the situation very professionally and when I came to collect the item he even brought it out to the car for me depite the rain. Very happy and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks again, Ciaran!

I just discovered this company…
I just discovered this company recently. I needed a new mirror for bathroom and when I called I got a lovely guy called Ciaran. He was so helpful and went through all their stock over the phone even though it was a relatively small order. I got a gorgeous LED one the perfect size. I hope to do a total bathroom revamp in the future and will be calling Ciaran again!
