Really appreciate the quick response to my query. It was a pleasure to deal with a HUMAN over the phone that can sort issues out really quickly.

Very fast delivery. Very happy with the products too although they are not installed just yet as I am in the middle of renovating my bathroom.

Had an issue with the product after delivery but it was quickly resolved. Delivery was very fast, and the customer service is excellent

Great product, super fast delivery

Item arrived in good condition and as ordered but the delivery was not satisfactory. Despite stating that I live in an apartment while ordering and when the attendant called to confirm delivery date, the delivery driver arrived and said he cannot even bring the item inside the building, never mind to the apartment I live in.
This should have been explained at time of ordering.

Great experience from start to finish. Mick was very helpful and my bathroom sink was ready quickly with no issues at all.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the packaging was ridiculous! I ordered 4 bathroom tap aerator which is max 8cm diameter and plastic (very light) and they sent it to me in a 35x24cm cardboard box with more packaging inside! It could have been sent in one small envelope. Please consider the environment !!

I spoke to Ciarán, who answered all my questions I had on the differences between a couple of shower trays and I was also able to place an order over the phone and pay via a payment link sent direct to my inbox, I will absolutely shop here again

I think bathroom outlet were great the way they took the time to email with to make sure I had ordered the correct flusher for my toilet on line before just sending out would definitely order again from this company

I was trying to source a part for a 16 year old shower that had broken. Mick liaised with me throughout and he was so professional, efficient, and genuinely offered an excellent service. Overall, a pleasure to deal with.

I’m dissatisfied with my experience with this company. This was my first online order with them, and I wanted to return the item immediately after delivery. I was prepared to return it to their warehouse, despite living about 100+ km away.

However, I was surprised to learn they intend to deduct €49.99 from my refund to cover “free delivery” that was advertised at checkout. I don’t believe this was made clear at the point of purchase, and I plan to raise this with the CCPC.

I also feel the advertising is misleading. A “December sale” was promoted as ending on 31 December, yet it appears to be continuing, and the item I purchased—believing the price would increase in January—is still listed at the same price. This created unnecessary urgency and influenced my decision to buy, and I can now see better offers elsewhere.

I had a really complicated request for a shower unit that is for an attic conversion so its a low height. Monika has gone above and beyond to help me. Contacting suppliers and getting quotes for me. Alex and Ciaran were also fielding calls for me. Its such a nice personable place to call and they really do everything to help.
