Unexpectedly, I received a call to arrange a delivery day, wheres most retailers just post stuff out. This was a nice extra touch.
The swivel type bathroom tap, which is extremely difficult to come by, is very good quality and ideal for out touring caravan with its small basin.

Ordered a shower screen which arrived nice and promptly but the glass and wall bracket were different sizes. No phone number to call someone to rectify as quickly as possible so now waiting for an email back!

I placed my order around 2pm and it was delivered at 6.15 am the next day.

Great price and quick delivery

I bought a flat cover plate for the radiator and I was impressed with the customer service. Someone called me the same day I placed my order to confirm delivery days available and where to leave it if I wasn't home. She was very friendly, fun to talk to (a laugh - cheered me up) and the delivery was made as promised. The radiator panel is really good and just itted and it looks great. Thanks

5 star company have had two radiators from these companies under different trading names and honestly they have been superb I have black 22 column radiators double panel and they are super sturdy not cheap they are actually really good quality and the BTU output is great, they look super good , the ordering and the delivery from start to finish has been great being in Scotland I had no issues with the delivery of the items the wait time wasn't long and honestly no issues one radiator was bashed initially it came like that but I called and the lady was super helpful she sorted it instantly she arranged a new one and that old to be collected and it was absolutely perfect no issue honestly I hope
They stay in business so
I can order
More radiators when I'm ready for them once i decorate the rest of the rooms eventually thanks again ☺️

Product was good value and arrived when specified

I ordered a P Shaped bath panel on the 19th August 2025 from Bathroom Deals. The same arrived but not left where I’d request in fact it was left by my back door in full view of the street. When I came to try and fit the same I found that it would not fit, due to a smaller sized circumference of the P. I rang Bathroom Deal customer service to enquire as to whether or not they-had a panel that would fit. Again as other reviewers have commented the lady I spoke to was very off hand when I asked the question I asked if they had a panel that would fit my bath and was informed I would have to pick a panel then ring up and ask for the specifications. I asked if she good give me the specifications for a panel that would fit and was told she could not. I told her I would like to return the panel and was again told in a brash manner there would be a 20% charge. The panel was collected for return on the 26th August 2025. From this date up to the 22nd September I had no communication from Bathroom Deals until I emailed them regarding this matter. On the 25th September 2025 I received an email asking for a customer number which I could not find on any paper work but as on all correspondence I’d quoted their Reference number. To cut a very long and stress episode short I have eventually received my refund on Friday 3rd October 2025 From my experience I would not recommend using this company. There Customer Service is Diabolical
