Amazing service from Bathroom4less. I can’t fault the level of customer service I received. Their products are beautiful and at fantastic prices. I’ve purchased 3 times from this company and every time has been faultless with quick delivery times and everything was packaged extremely well. 10 out of 10. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for bathroom suites.

I tried to contact head office, which was a joke after eventually getting on the website (had numerous error messages saying 'Not private -someone may be impersonating bathroom4less.com to obtain your personal details') the FAQs on returns refer to ear rings and jewellery and the contact telephone number when rang is a jewellers in a different part of the country??

So we have poor quality products, rude staff, and a dodgy website and a contact number advertised that's not theirs. Have given up hope of getting any sense or quality goods from these con artists. Buyers beware

If you want to be treated like a member of the family then Bathroom4less on Kingsbury Rd Erdington is for you. Nothing was too much trouble for Deborah the person who dealt with us at the store. She managed the pricing and got us the best discounts, the delivery (which was absolutely on schedule), and even a return and reorder of one of the products that was damaged (these things happen) which came in within 3 days. Deborah and her colleague even spent a considerable amount of time advising on the products that met our requirements (they're not just there for the sale), including numerous trips to Topps Tiles next door to get tiles to see if they would match, and to also arrange our discount on tiles too. Above and beyond is an understatement Deborah (if you're reading this). Bathroom4less, you have an absolute star on your payroll.

Can highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a bathroom and wants the customer service to go with it.

The service received from Deb and Lucy was excellent. Deb in particular couldn't do enough to help us. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a nice bathroom at a reasonable price and staff who spend all the time you need to make sure you get exactly what you require. Excellent.

All I can say is I couldn’t find the products at better value than here. I have been buying bathrooms for my property development business for years. I dont know how they do it but the prices are amazing. From what the staff could tell me I understood that they design and manufacture a lot of their own products thus cutting down on the costs. They also deal with other suppliers and choice is amazing. Lucy, Deborah, Tom… a dream team if you ask me! Well done guys and Keep it up

Somebody told me about Bathrooms 4Less in Erdington, I contacted the Branch and Lucy answered, I was looking for a stone shower tray and waste trap, Lucy was so helpful I ordered the items and will be delivered to my place of work. I need to order more items and will definitely be calling Lucy at Bathrooms 4Less for excellent help and service.

Whilst looking for a new bathroom. We have visited a number of stores but we couldn't fault Bathroom4less on Kingsburt Road in Erdington. The staff were helpful and friendly especially Deborah who served us. She was at the end of the phone to answer all queries too. She assisted us and gave great advice. We brought our bathroom from this store due to the experience in store and the amazing staff. Would recommend anyone whose looking for a new bathroom to go there.
