Very smooth transition

Platinum liability Insurance and holding deposit weren’t well explained to me. At the end of your service, I lost my $456. Wondering if this is a way you made your profit? This is indirectly stealing from your customers. Very sad and pathetic service. I regretted ever using your service.

Good price, easy collection / drop off

Collection and drop off very slow . Even with all pre-booking completed. Seemed to be a shortage of staff

Check in was terrible. We had a person that was hard to understand and spent most of the time trying to upsell insurance.The car that they had for us which we would not accept because of a cracked windscreen however on return we had an amazing person who made the return very quick and easy and drove us to the airport before the actual opening time.I would give him a 10/10.I have used before and would use again

I cannot fault the Hobart Airport staff. I have always found them courteous and helpful. They even let me know where to go to get the cheapest fuel before returning the car. I wouldn’t hire from anyone else.

The customer service team is great because of their prompt response. But the counter staff works differently.

Ease of collection and return. Prompt response to my query about a warning light on the dash. It was all that we needed for our holiday.

The service,the price the people were great. The condition of the car was not had lots of dings and scratches wth one dent in between the left hand side front passenger door and rear passenger door which hit the 2 doors together every time you opened the rear door. Car interior was not clean and windscreen washer fluid was empty.

From pick up in Townsville and drop off in Cairns everything was perfect. The staff at both places were helpful and knowledgable. The car was great and at a very reasonable rate.
We travelled out back and a long the coast. The car never missed a beat.

The pickup involved a very long wait in line. There was only one person at the desk, with a line of 7 people waiting — more than 1 hour in total. Aside from that, everything was good!

Easy check in staff were fantastic. We had an issue with indicators told it was going to be an hour for RACQ he was there within 10 mins. All round great experience. Thanks team.
