The staff were friendly and helpful and made everything easy, everything was all completed within half an hour and off we drove. The Haval we had was spotless and smelt new, we were very impressed.... See more

I was very happy with my rental…
I was very happy with my rental experience from Bargain Car rentals.Price was reasonable,pickup and drop off was convenient.I was a bit annoyed with being asked about damage to vehicle which was on the the pre pickup inspection.Also the employer said I had returned the vehicle with a flat battery??? Well how did I get it there?? He was trying to start the vehicle whilst not sitting in the driver's seat so it wouldn't start.

However not happy with Airport Rentals as I thought I was dealing with Bargain Car and the insurance I purchased was not the one that Bargain Car used

Third party cover if taken up at time of booking through one of our agents does differ from taking the cover directly with us and is handled with different terms and conditions.
We do work with our third parties/agents where we can to make sure that information is advised as clearly as possible during the booking process, but I do apologise as it sounds like there is still room to improve here.

Good car except the inside of the front…
Good car except the inside of the front windscreen was not cleaned. Had to wipe it down myself. Also no hand over instructions on how to start or put the car in gear.

Good Value and an easy process…
On line booking and pre-check in was easy and made the car collection process quick and simple. Car return was just as quick and easy. The car provided, a GWM Haval, was almost new, as have been all the cars I have rented from Bargain, but I didn't like it as much as other cars I have rented. Nothing mechanically wrong with it.
The Darwin city site that I collected the car from was a bit tired and might turn off prospective renters.
