It was easy to order and was given a whole lot of information on how to get the right size which was very helpful.

Item was advertised as being shipped from a UK warehouse, but delivery took over two weeks, because it was actually sent from China. This is clearly misleading.

The quality of the shoes is appalling. They started falling apart in less than a month. Materials are cheap, workmanship is poor, and the product looks nothing like the photos on the website.

Customer service is just as bad as the product. Absolutely not recommended, complete waste of money. AVOID!

Like other reviewers mention you will get your item but if it’s wrong or doesn’t fit you’re screwed. They are cheaper quality and probably not comfortable for all day wear. I sent the email for exchange because they are really small but it was sent back to me as undeliverable. I called the number which is a voicemail telling you to email them. I consider myself lucky I only lost $40 but I would NOT recommend anyone buy anything from them unless you are 100% sure what you are getting. I am super glad my gut kicked in when they sent all those 40% off coupon codes trying to get me to buy even more before the first pair even showed up. I would have been out more money! Thankful my brain took over.

As other people have said, I was sent the wrong shoe and it is very poor quality. The online contact form has had no response and the email address provided (info@bareroots-footwear) is not able to receive emails. No doubt they will reply to this asking me to contact them on this email address that does not work. Scam website.

They sent wrong size boots… emailed they made error, offered to correct… now can’t reach them.., want right size boots or money back… Help

I have been trying to do a return. The email address bounces back as "email does not exit". I've tried calling several times and it goes to voicemail with no option for a message, saying "email us". Has this company gone out of business? Is it a scam?

Total scam. My gf ordered me boots from this website and we received boots that looked NOTHING like the pictures. The email address and phone number provided on the return page don’t work. The pictures on their website can also be found on multiple other websites selling the same boot under different brands so these are obviously just cheap Chinese boots being drop shipped.

Scammed me out of 80 dollars. I tried to contact the company for a refund and the email bounced back. Received no tracking information or communication. Working on disputing with my bank. Do not order !

Very poor experience - ordered boots in slightly larger than my usual size as half sizes not available, but very difficult to get on and off as too small (in height not length of foot). Also not great quality as lining inside wrinkled up on one boot when putting on, making even more uncomfortable) so initiated return same day (appreciating I’d have to pay for return postage). Received initial response within a couple of days asking for photos of product next to a measuring tape (!!) which I duly sent. No further responses received 2 weeks later despite 3 emails from me (also received messages telling me the email is now invalid or their mailbox full) so given up and have chalked up to experience and given boots to charity shop - hopefully they will fit someone else better and not go to waste! Won’t be using this company again.

They not only sent the wrong size but even the shoe itself was wrong! I have contacted them for a refund but no reply. Would not recommend this company. It's a scam hence all the discount codes available.

The shoes I received were uncomfortable, too small, and the delivery time was unreasonably long. I have reached out multiple times over the last several weeks — including on January 28th — and have not received any response. The email address for contact is what I used, and your contact number was inoperable!
Given the product issues, the delayed delivery, and the complete lack of communication, I requested a full refund immediately. This matter has already taken far longer than acceptable. I expect a timely response. But the email address came back invalid. The phone number was also invalid.

There is no way to get in touch with this company for returns. They do not answer the phone and their email address is faulty, it will not go through. Worse company I have ever delt with. I am stuck with 3 pair of shoes that I cannot wear. I would not advise buying anything from then.

The boots that was advertised doesn't look anything that was sent to me. The same day I received the boots I email and called but no response to return the item. I email the company 5times already and the company hasn't responded what so ever. The boots are cheaply made and it has has a bad smell like dead fish. And the color doesn't look anything they advertised. I wish they would respond so I can do the return already.

All went well so far. It is my hope that the product will arrive accurately picked and well-packed to avoid damage. It is also my hope that the product will be true to size and actually fit me. If these things happen and the product is of decent quality then I will be a satisfied customer.

Horrible experience! Received my order and the shoes were a size too big. They ask you to contact them if you need to make a return. The customer service phone number AND the email are both not working. What a scam!! Do NOT order from this company!

Bareroots offer a 30 day return option in their terms and conditions.
I have sent more than 6 emails to them using their link and the emails have all bounced back 'unable to deliver'. So, no way to start a return process. If think you might want to return an item even for a different size, don't use BareRoots Footwear.
