Service was great before used the app to check my credit card balance and made payments easily. Now it won't let me log in ...have been going round in circles for days trying to get a code sent to me...phoned numerous times to help desk ...its not in the UK....to be told I have to wait till they investigate. .could be a few weeks ....and will send me? An old fashioned code machine....huge step backwards....they may call me back to advise if its fixed....they weren't sure if they would do? Explained that loads of other people had the same issue now and in the past! Not impressed....thinking about closing my account

I love this card. I think the online banking is very easy to follow. I like the fact that the font is not too small and instructions are simple. The customer service when I have needed it has been excellent and the operatives very polite and helpful. I use this card to pay any large bills so I can spread the repayments back over a two month period which really helps with my finances. Overall I think this is a great card.

As always it was time-consuming and frustrating trying to navigate how to speak to a human. Once through, the lady was pleasant and tried her best to help (which is the one star I awarded this review) but I found it difficult to understand her since she was foreign, as expected. Although she tried her best she wasn't able to fix the problem immediately. I wasn't able to know that as I had to wait 2 hours to see if the transaction she was helping with would work. I asked if she was able to phone me back in 2 hours time to check if it had worked and she wasn't. It didn't work and I didn't have the will to go through the hassle and stress of phoning again.

Ive been in Australia for 8 weeks, first shopping trip was M&S! Sooo missed the quality, taste and in my opinion value for money of their food hall. Im a pensioner so dont have a lot of spare income but choose to put quality of food at the top of my list. The offers the store have are really good. Been a customer most of my 51 years of married/family life. The rest of the store products are also good but its the food hall I miss the most. Using the M&S credit card is an added bonus! The rewards scheme is excellent.

I have been a loyal customer to M&S for a very long time and spent an awful lot of money with them. I am extremely dissatisfied with a recent situation that happened this week whilst landing in Pisa for a short break. My husband booked online car hire - he very rarely uses his M&S card - he handed his card over at the car rental desk and it got declined and blocked -we called M&S at the car rental and they said it’s because my husband had not used his card to purchase anything using his pin in the UK. This information had never been offered up as had we or he known this before leaving the UK he would have done so. He had paid for insurance for the car hire on the internet using his M&S card but because his card was declined in Italy airport car rental he had to pay twice using our nationwide card. This is very disappointing and will be sent to the complaints department. It caused us enormous stress in a foreign country . I could not use my card as it was booked with his card which got declined and blocked - if this is not resolved on our return to the UK and extra insurance money refunded we will rethink our commitment with M&S

I’ve always loved Marks& Spencer, and it’s always easy using and paying on my credit card, also settling up at the end of the month. However all this new technology is confusing me, especially the new way of earning rewards, which I have to confess I’m not liking. Maybe I’m being left behind on technology these days.
