Really like the M + S credit card + the sparks offers - Good value + discounts on varius food. Clothing. Homewear. Footwear ect. I shop in M+ S regular as the nearest store to me is 25mins away by car. I love it

Even 1 is too high.Since new app upgrade have lost all access to banking app Customer service team just pass you around then promise call back (to get you off the phone ) then don't call back .Still having issues Worried data has been compromised expressed to service team but they do not seem to care or too much trouble for them to look into.What was the saying COMPUTER SAYS NO so you don't exist or matter

Always good to use this card. Bank was proactive recently in identifying two rogue payments in the US and promptly contacted me to verify and then cancel card.

Been with M&S Credit Card for some years now and have had brilliant support, help and advice. Customer service is always great and helpful. More importantly, M&S picked up on my card details being used by someone else. It was only a £5 transaction (to begin with) but M&S put a stop on my card immediately and contact me. This saved further usage and a possible big spend on my card. Yes, one time they put a stop on my card and I had made the transaction, however, they soon rectified this on conformation that I had made the purchase. Much rather that than someone else basically stealing by using my card. Thank you M&S

Very unhappy . A few months ago I requested an increase in my limit , completed a lengthy question and answer session , talking to a real advisor , who in the end said , ok we’ll let you know in a few days .

For several years the women's clothing has been tasteless. I rarely find anything I would want to wear. I only buy food and that is when I have a Sparks voucher to use. I refuse to use self service tills.

Excellent service, account view is always up to date so I can see my spend and payments. I requested a balance transfer from a card where the interest rate was higher, this was actioned within 2 working days.
