I ordered these balloons for my birthday back in December, they came in a fun box and the balloons were incredible quality! They were delivered on time as well. Brilliant pricing for great service.

My order was delivered on time for my twin daughter’s 21st birthday the balloons are great.
I also ordered two birthday cards which arrived blank with no pictures on which was a big disappointment

I ordered these balloons for my Brother who had a milestone event and they arrived the next day at the time stated. He was very pleased to receive them and his Son sent me a photo of him beside the bunch of balloons. I am so impressed with the size and quality of the balloons, and wonderful display and the inclusion of a couple that said "You did it" and "Well done", made his day. Wonderful gift I shall use this company again.

Had to get my bunch of ‘Get Well Soon’ balloon order re-directed , as my Granddaughter had already left Great Ormond Street Hospital , Balloon Monkey arranged this for me and re-despatched my order immediately as a gesture of good will! Nothing was too much trouble and when the balloons arrived they were fantastic ! Would definitely use this company again .

Order for my cousin’s birthday on the 23rd March, arrived on the Thursday so had plenty of time to set up. Look amazing too!

I would have given zero star if it was an option. I ordered and paid for balloons for my daughter’s 7th birthday, we have had no confirmation of the delivery details and cannot get hold of them either by phone or by email.

We have lost our money to be exact £53, no one is getting back to us.
Very disappointing, please do not order from this Company.

I would have given zero stars if it was an option! I ordered a 90th balloon bunch for my Dad which included a '90' balloon at the top which is clearly shown on the website display and on my order confirmation. However, the bunch delivered to the recipient bore no resemblance at all to the bunch I ordered with the worse thing being the '90' balloon not being displayed at the top! The customer service I've received has been shocking and even though I sent pictures of what I received and what I had ordered they still wouldn't accept how different they were. There is no way I would order again. I can't get that moment back of my Dad opening this disaster on what was a very special Birthday for him and not to mention the £60+ of my wasted money. I advise everyone to steer clear as it's likely you won't get what you've ordered and will be left disappointed as I was. An absolute shambles in my opinion!

This company were fantastic. I ordered a balloon next day delivery and the order arrived on time. The tracking was amazing got fantastic updates. I wrote to the company to ask a question and got a swift reply. No bots here just a great business doing fantastic work! My 3 year old grandson will be delighted with his birthday balloon.

This is the first time I have used this company and I have to say i am very happy with the service. The Balloon arrived in not so good condition, I emailed last night and got a prompt reply this morning. They are resending the replacement tomorrow morning, and though it won't be her birthday, I know my little girl will be absolutely over the moon with the Unicorn. What little unicorn loving girl wouldn't. Thank you Chloe and the rest of the team for such a quick response and resolution. Amazing 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My photo helium balloon arrived semi deflated due to transit problems. I was refunded the same day I notified the company. Good prompt service.
