My husband bought me balloons last January and it’s still with us for my birthday this year ! Amazing service and Quality would definitely be buying from them again .

I have changed my review to 4 star from my original 2 star. I feel that balloon monkey handled my complaint very well and even refunded my money. I think unfortunately this was more a complaint with DPD and their lack of communication hence my original complaint below.
The balloons were excellent quality when they arrived however I think a little pricey hence 4 stars

Very poor communication and balloons never arrived. Ordered several bespoke balloons for a 60th birthday and I understand that weather can sometimes play havoc with deliveries. But there was no communication regarding this. I then contacted them and they assured me they would get the balloons delivered in time for the party. No communication and no balloons. If this was weather related then let me know so that I at least have time to get more balloons elsewhere. I’m absolutely gutted not to have got them.

I have used Balloon Monkeys a few times for their first class service and quality Balloons.

Yesterday the delivery person messed up the delivery.
I contacted Balloon monkey by email and Chloe was outstanding and sorted it out in time for my mums birthday.
Chloe thank you and you are an asset to Balloon Monkey.
I am not sure if DPD is the best delivery company, but I recommend Balloon monkey.

I am very impressed with this company. The website lets you design your own balloon and helps you through the process. The service was exemplary, delivery was very prompt and the quality of the balloon and packaging is fantastic. I would definitely recommend using them .

Huge variety of balloons to choose from. Easy to order online. Delivered on chosen date. Kept informed throughout. Arrived on time and will definitely be ordering again

dreadful. meant to deliver today to sutton goals for my sons birthday. for some reason they 'attempted' but not successful - NO reason why it shouldnt have been. my son is now left without the balloons for his birthday. terrible service. will not be using again and would urge anyone reading this NOT to use this company.

Balloon did not arrive on requested day. I have been promised a refund on delivery charge. The balloon deflated after five days, I would expect better quality for the money I paid.

I ordered some helium number balloons for my daughters birthday, its her first away from home at Uni. Was a little unsure if they would be delivered ok because she is in Uni halls - BUT, it was absolutely brilliant, they arrived on time, delivered to the halls in a huge box and brought her great joy!! One very happy parent, defo recommend this balloon company.

Fantastic quality, always delivered on time, great selection and hold their shape well. I’ve been ordering from Balloon Monkey for years and they’ve always been reliable.

Ordered balloons with specific delivery date for a special event. Did not arrive- DPD stated there was a delay- at time of writing I'm contacting both BM and DPD to resolve but regardless of refund/outcome I'm extremely disappointed the balloons weren't there for the event. I think if you're wanting balloons guaranteed for a time/date your should buy local and get a delivery that way. Balloons looked great but BM failed to deliver.

I ordered a balloon for a birthday gift .
It arrived on the Friday as requested, but upon opening it, it was already bent in half by Saturday it was almost completely flat.
Such a waste of time , money and a big dissapiontment.

I've ordered from here a few times now and every order has arrived on time, exactly as ordered. I recently tried and loved the 'AI Balloon Genie' which I used to create a dinosaur design with my son's name and age on, in his favourite colours. We combined this with the t-rex balloon and a couple more plain ones and he was so excited to see them on his birthdaymorning. The confetti and sweets in the box are always a nice touch too.

Balloons ordered for my birthday TWO days before. Balloons were NOT delivered. Contacted Balloon Monkey who refused to provide documentation of delivery (because they weren't delivered). The idiots then sent a message saying they'd be delivered on 14/7 having confirmed they were delivered on 11/7. They have since REFUSED to communicate and issue a REFUND. DISGUSTING WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS

Excellent service, exactly how described, next day delivery was at 8.30am. 👍

Ordered Balloons for my Twins birthday and the experience was one that is missing in a lot of online transactions, Easy to order , great choices, personalisation,good communication and a delivery time as promised...very grateful,it saved me a lot of hassle going around different shops looking for what I needed .Recommended....

Arrived on time, but one of the balloons is a bit anaemic and could do with some more helium in it - it looks like it's been blown up and left for days before being sent out. My 6 year old won't be bothered but I am, for the amount I've paid.

Update 9th July - I've recieved an apology and offered a refund for the under - inflated balloon. The quick resolution is appreciated.

I wanted a personalised balloon for a friend's 50th and Balloon Monkey did not disappoint....and my friend loved it! The website is easy to navigate and putting the design together was really easy with lots of great options to make a fabulous balloon. I had a round helium balloon with 2 extra helium balloons and contacted customer service to request specific colours for the 2 extra balloons...they answered my email very quickly and were happy to accommodate my request. The balloons arrived on time and in great packaging with some free sweets!
I will definitely be using Balloon Monkey again.
