Balloon buying a breeze! It was recently my nieces 18th birthday and living abroad I was unable to attend her party. What better way to celebrate than having a big inflatable balloon rise out a box. She loved it! The easy to navigate website and communication was great. I'll be sure to use them in the future!

Moved abroad a few years ago and totally forgot about my nieces birthday. After some frantic online shopping I found these guys who were able to deliver next day and save me from the wrath of a 5yo (what kid doesn't like balloons and teddy bears!). Big shout out to the lovely girl who took my call and made my delivery happen. Ta!

Everything went according to plan, good communication and my mum had a great birthday.

I ordered a get well balloon and my friend was delighted to receive it. Ordering was easy, good website and would recommend. Value for money and an easy way to send an original message of support.

Finally, someone answers the phone and solves a problem. I placed an order for a birthday party and realised a big error (mine). One call, sorted, 2 minutes. Very highly recommended 👍👍

such amazing customer service all the way through this process as i was worried that my parcel was missing as was sent to a patient in hospital but all my emails were responded to promptly with so much courtesy .Recipient loved the gift too

Website easy to use and the balloons were a really fun gift - the recipient loved them and they are still floating a couple of weeks later! Good tracking updates from the courier on the day of delivery too, great service thank you!

If I could give zero I would. There is no way those positive reviews are genuine. The worst company I've ever dealt with. Totally kissed the date of my birthday despite 5 WEEKS notice. A complete waste of money. No customer service at all - once they've taken your money they are not interested.

Not sure where they're getting these 5 star reviews from, their customer support is non-existant, nobody has contacted me about my order, they don't send invoices, they don't let you retrieve your login details, and their privacy policy doesn't work so I can't even contact their data protection officer to excise my GDPR rights either.

This company looks like a massive scam and I've wasted £60 by the looks of things.

As the company has replied with their thoughts that this review is unfair, I will modify the review with my entire experience.

I placed an order on this website on Sunday January 8th as 3:28pm. I requested a PDF invoice on the same day at 3:30pm.

I then emailed again, 2 days later with no reply I sent an email on Tuesday Jan 10th at 5:28pm, I then waited another day, I sent another email at Jan 11th 9:15am, all emails were requesting my order details as when you place an order the order confirmation email does not contain what you actually bought.

The company finally replied to me Jan 11th 3:04pm, 3 days after my initial email and only replied to me after I left the TrustPilot review.

I ordered 2 sets of balloons and BOTH sets of balloons had one balloon popped, which after paying £66 for balloons is incredibly disappointing. I can't attach photos here but the packaging was awful.

I therefore reiterate that this review is indicative of my experience and the website does feel like a scam due to the lack of communication and the Privacy Policy also lacks a detail of who is appointed DPO of the company and is not clear how to exercise my GDPR rights.

The balloons were poor quality, and arrived with one balloon already popped from each bundle. I wouldn't touch this company again if they paid me.

Smooth transaction great pictures of goods have used balloon in a box before always had good comments from the people who received them

Ordered balloons for a special birthday apparently due to the service I picked they were late, even though ordered with more than ample time for them to arrive. Tried calling several times for updates no one answered the phone. Pandemic was the excuse given, however I run a service with 21 employees who went from an office to working from home within 48 hours with no service gaps!! Wonder if you have ever heard of an answer phone or call divert?
Balloons did finally arrive four days late!!! Already deflated and pretty pants to be honest. I may have only spent 30.00 with you but it’s 30.00 you won’t get again.
Absolutely appalling and a waste of my hard earned money.

Balloons perfect. And the main balloon is slightly hovering a foot off the ground over three months later. That’s value for money helium :))

Fantastic choice of balloons - they make a great present for all ages. :)
