Rai was so helpful
Rai was so helpful, sending photos of the bag that I was interested in buying. I couldn’t get to London, and Rai walked me through buying the bag, and organised it to be sent to me. She kept in touch every day, updating me on when it would be delivered. It’s quite nerve wracking buying a bag unseen, and her attention to detail put me at ease. I can recommend her whole heartedly.
