Only buy from them if you want to…
Only buy from them if you want to receive email after email about how they did, how you find the product, marking emails, product pushes etc. I've asked to be removed from marketing, and don't want to receive any emails from them and they're still sending me "fill out this review" "how did we do" "rate us out of five" communications. It's very annoying.

It's great to get quality second hand equipment for reasonable prices rather than buying at inflated prices for “new” stuff which not really that much better.

Haven't even received my phone yet and…
Haven't even received my phone yet and having issues with back market not replying. The delivery company website is in french language but if you go to English it will automatically switch back to french when you type something.
My parcel seems to have been stuck with no movement since the 12th of February and now it's the 19th and was due to be delivered between 17th-18th.
Back market or the delivery company have not got back to any of my messages and still haven't received it.
