Unfair account suspension over a DHL courier issue

My account was completely blocked and suspended under false accusations of fraud during a return process for an iPhone. Back Market claims a weight discrepancy, but I personally packed the device and handed it over to the courier. I have the official DHL confirmation text showing that shipment 9056668611 was accepted at the Service Point (ID LCY2FG) in London on 07-07-26. I am an honest customer and any issue or theft happened while the package was in DHL's custody. I demand a senior agent to contact me immediately to review my official courier proof and process my urgent refund.

UPDATE: Back Market support (Andry) just refused my refund, claiming a "definitive decision" based on fraud assessment, completely ignoring the official DHL tracking proof I provided (Waybill 9056668611). The official DHL log clearly shows the package piece ID and label changed during transit between Docklands and East Midlands, proving the box was tampered with while in DHL's custody. I am being scammed by Back Market and their courier. I will be reporting this to Action Fraud and the Financial Ombudsman immediately.

I was apprehensive buying from…

I was apprehensive buying from Backmarket, as I usually buy my refurbished phones from elsewhere. However as I was upgrading from my S10 plus to a much newer phone, Backmarket had the best price and excellent ratings. I did not want to upgrade because of the change of the side button placements. I keep pressing volume down by mistake out of habit from using thr s10 plus. The phone, apart from the side buttons, which I will get used to, is amazing and has surpassed my expectations in everyway. Phone looks as good as new. Functions perfectly and the camera and storage excels themselves. No need for a memory card. Thank you.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I inadvertently sent the wrong phone to the trade in centre but when I tried to contact then to arrange its return all of my emails were rejected (no-reply addresses). When I contacted them by phone the agent was very hard to understand and could not offer a resolution. They also claimed not to be able to transfer my call to a manager. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a phone 1 year and 6 months…

I bought a phone 1year and 6 months ago, i paid almost £400, the warranty was for 1 year, but i had some issues with it, firts i had to make itchange the portal,and now few days ago it just stopped working completly. The repai shop said that the mother board would have to be change.It would cost me a lot to chnage it. I contacted Bac Maket, but every time it is a different person, they said different things,one offered help, the other one said they could do anything, then they didn't answer.

GReat for sales poor for warranty

I;ve bought numerous phones for family and work and never had a problem with their sales. But the second I sent a phone back for repair it fell down. I forgot to take thescreen lock off so rather than just let me give the code to the repairer it had to go back. Sent off again then emailed saying google account was logged in and they can;t look at it if it is. Which is weird becuase the small phone shop round the corner from me manages perfectly well. Then they told me how to remotely remove the account, which i did. but apparently it was still logged in so they sent it back again. Odd that when we turned the phone on it had no google account logged in. They just didn't want to honour the warranty they offer. All great getting a lower price phone but not if this is the level of service you get for it.

Phone is perfect

So far my phone has been absolutely perfect, almost as if it's brand new. Had no issues to date and I've had it for a few months now. Checkout was easy and I like that you get to pick which condition you want it. Thank you!
