Can’t recommend this company

Can’t recommend this company.
Delivery options - express delivery will arrive on or before 12th. Free postage will arrive 13th to 16th.
Paid for express, arrived 13th charged phone and says battery not genuine!
Back market refuse a refund of express delivery cost. Buyer beware, if they lie about basic delivery, what faith is in any guarantee.

Got sent a phone that looked in good…

Got sent a phone that looked in good condition until I turned it on. The device wouldn’t let me create an apple account or set up my email. I also never received my payment for my old phone. After contacting them 3 times I got nothing back 😡

I bought a laptop advertised as 512 GB…

I bought a laptop advertised as 512 GB storage. In my eagerness to get set up, I transferred files etc and then checked the settings which showed it was only 256 GB. I decided to keep it and was offered a partial refund. The thing that really gets me however is do they just allow the suppliers to send what they want? I wonder how many people have received stuff and not checked against the spec they ordered? Pocketing the difference in price. Hugely disappointing. Trying to contact them is not easy either.
