Brilliant company and service

Absolutely disgusted. I paid extra for Excellent condition AirPods, yet one earbud arrived with someone else’s earwax still on it. Hygiene should be the absolute minimum standard for refurbished earphones, regardless of the cosmetic grade. They refunded me, but only offered a 5% discount code as goodwill. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend buying refurbished earphones from Back Market.

Wonderful well done

It seems to be an excellent smart phone, but:-
* Somehow it has India time in the electronic diary which is unwanted and there appears no obvious of clearing it
* When entering entries in the same electronic diary, I enter the start time of the event, but, after saving the entry, I then check the entry in the "schedule" version and the timing of the event is totally different. How can this be fixed?

Otherwise it has proven to be a good buy.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! i’d give it half a star if i could! half these reviews are fake. i bought an iphone 16 plus and traded in my iphone 16 for a discounted price, i paid for the premium option to make sure i wouldn’t have any problems since it was listed as ‘verified apple parts’. phone came and everything seemed to be fine, few days later the back camera completely stopped working and it came up with a message saying ‘back camera not recognised’ (or something similar, other words, not a genuine apple camera part). so i raised this to which i was met with the options of either returning my only device (this phone) to be repaired by them, so id be left without a phone for a few days which nowadays is almost impossible, and even at that, they said they’ll offer a refund or replacement if it can’t be fixed, however i was ‘not eligible’ for a replacement so in other words they were gonna send me my money and that’s it get on with their lives and there i am with literally no device!! after a couple of weeks of going back and forth i got absolutely no where with them, i asked if they could send me a phone in the meantime to use, they didn’t want to do that, i said i’d even settle for a partial refund to get my phone fixed privately to avoid all the hassle (they also wanted me to erase eveything id just transferred on to it), which they said no to as well. so in the end i said forget it i’ll just sort it myself, so they’ve marked my query as ‘solved’, soulless pathetic company who couldn’t give to shits about their customers. the fact they listed it as ‘verified parts’ makes it all worse because it’s pure lies!! DO NOT buy from this company, this was my first time and believe me the very last!! i’ll be telling everyone i know

Trade in was refused although the phone was immaculate. The phone was sent back with scraches on it. I will never use them again.

Phone quality was pristine. Extremely pleased with my purchase and data transfer via Samsung smart switch was seamless. Battery condition is excellent for a 2 year old phone. Delivered on time as per agreed schedule.
