We went to AVRillo after a year of trying to move. People pulling out, including a solicitor. We were at our wits end, and in danger of another collapsed chain.
When we first spoke to Jessica Trim, we were instantly put at ease and felt confidant that we would get what we needed.
Jessica and her team were incredible. We were kept informed all the way through, and we felt like valued customers, not just another case on the pile. The portal was a great way to see progress and I knew if I emailed Jessica, I would get a quick honest reply.
We moved this week after 18 months of hell. We can't thank AVRillo enough, and would totally recommend them to anyone. 100%

Excellent service
AVRillo was recommended to us by the estate agent selling the first property we offered on. When it fell through and we offered on a second property, we decided to use AVRillo again. We had found the initial contact very stressful - a huge amount was asked of us in a very short space of time when we were bombarded with a lot of lengthy documents to read and sign, and the verification of ID and finances process was very time-consuming. However, the second time around was more straightforward as we knew what to expect, and aside from the initial stress, the rest of the process we couldn't have asked for more. We were extremely fortunate to be allocated Vicky Nankivell-Long as our conveyancer. She and her team did a brilliant job of staying in touch with us and the other party's solicitor, keeping us informed, sorting out any issues and responding to any queries we had. We were very impressed with how responsive to emails Vicky was, which we really appreciated. Thanks to Vicky we now have exceptionally high standards for a conveyancer if we were ever to buy another property. We would use AVRillo again thanks to our experience with her.

Efficient and helpful
Buying a house is obviously very stressful, but AVRillo made the experience as smooth and efficient as possible. Kim worked on my case and was really helpful and patient with all my questions, as was everyone else I dealt with. I’d recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house.

My Conveyance Experience
This experience was straight forward due to the traffic light system used in your online account. This let me know at what stage of the buying process I was at. If there was some item that you did not understand, there was a human that you could talk to if needed.
The process was safe and secure.
Easy to use.
Communication was excellent.

SOPHIA a star
Myself and my partner are first time buyers 21 and 24yo and it has been a rollercoaster and 6 months of delays and issues however this is NO fault of our conveyancer solicitor Sophia and she has been a star throughout due to delays in the top of the chain .
We had our offer accepted in 23rd December and we were ready toe exchange and complete by mid February ( due to delays at top of the chain which were out of our control this could not happen) however if we didn't have those delays i had no doubt in my mind we would-be in our house with no issues and she sped through this process!!
Through my worries and stresses Sophia has eased my nerves and has grafted day by day getting the answers and positive outcomes both me ands my partner wanted.
Sophia deserves a gold star medal dealing with the worries, emails and panic i endured throughout and she really is a credit to the company, she would update us DAILY when she could and every question we had at the end of the day he always provided a thorough explanation which really helped put things into perspective as this process has been daunting at times and she reassured us every step of the way.
I want to thank Sophia from the bottom of my heart despite this being a stressful time we couldn't of wishes for a more wonderful conveyancer and she really is a credit to the company and like i say deserves a pay rise for the stress i may have put her through and upon reflection i was very stressed lol !!!
The cost at the end was slightly higher than quoted however due to delays, the length of time this has taken i expected this and had no issues sending this to Avrillo.
