Difficulty getting NCB from them for a nee policy
I could not ammend my renewal to add penalty point, so I took out a new policy. Both policies were with Aviva
It took 4 weeks and many phone calls to get them to figure out that they already had the NCB that was required. I couldn't access it online, and had to request it. It never came. I got messages asking for it. I didn't have it as they didn't send it. It was very stressful and made no sense.

I had to upload No Claims Bonus Cert and received a text and then an email to confirm document was received and that the cert and disc were then available for printing.
