A family Company with great service. Very reasonably priced, good staff. Does not have office at the airport, but the shuttle service to the local office only takes 5 mins. Highly recommended

Faulty petrol gauge caused me to almost…
Faulty petrol gauge caused me to almost run out of fuel and got stranded in the mountains.When I raised this when the car was return you showed no signs of interest at all and was very dismissive of what I said. The car was supplied with about a 1/3rd of a tank of fuel and when I asked why it was not supplied with a full tank I was told more or less it was too much trouble for them. When I have hired cars before it has alway been with a full tank o fuel which you return with full tank of fuel so no question of not paying for the fuel used. There was a petrol station round the cornet of the Alvir Bae Hotel we were staying at. I put 30lts if fuel after this scare and the car was returned with about 20 let's more fuel in than when it was supplied. I was offered zero compensation for this.

Great experience with Auto Rent
Had a great experience with Auto Rent. We wanted an all inclusive rental with no excesses and their Premium Package was perfect. Also liked that you pay on collection. Initially had slight concern with off site location but only had to wait a few minutes for the short transfer. Very impressed with nearly new car. Friendly staff. Would certainly use again

Great, professional company!
I would definetely rent again from Auto Rent! They were very professional, I booked the car 3 weeks in advance and they immediately send the e-mail of confirmation. I had full insurance so need to worry about anything during the rental period, which also give me the possibility to pay cash and debit card and no deposit on a credit card was requested. The drop off the car run very smooth as well, for sure I recommand this company when in Portugal! Thank you Auto Rent!

Auto Rent were a great car rental we used from Faro airport in Portugal.
Good car, value for money, good explanation of options with the charges on toll roads and insurance etc.
A clean and very good car for the cost, much better than others we looked at.
We definately recommend them.

I did have to pay extra to have someone take the car back before 8, but it was not unreasonable. The car itself was functional and decent if quite weak and somewhat old and odd. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Very polite employees explaining very clear and detailed all the topics.
Car return as well fair and without any problem. The shuttle from and back to the airport is excellent organized, quick and the transport is with clean and safe transporters. the drivers of the shuttle service very polite and profesional.
