But no worries ‘ good deal” just pay insurances ( equal to rental value!) than €500 is okay also. Fuel at start only 1/8 and now back from holidays but deposit hasn’t been transferred back. What a poor service! Never again

Ultimately great customer service
After a somewhat rough start due to a misunderstanding, YOR made sure to rectify the mistake with impeccable after sales customer service. I will definitely book again with them as the cars are in pristine condition and the procedures fairly straightforward. One great asset is the location at the airport as opposed to having to take a shuttle bus somewhere, which is a great benefit and makes getting the car and especially returning it very easy indeed. To be recommended!

I was hoping for my deposit to be returned upon handing back the keys, but he said it would take 2 weeks to return! This was disappointing. I wil give 5 stars when my deposit is returned.

Extra cleaning cost
I was renting a Minicooper in Faro and they charged me extra cleaning while returning. I was telling them the car is not extra dirty, but they said I should have vacuum clean it before returning. I have never see something like that before.
