Great Product. Better Support

I have a CarLinkit/Air2 that I love for making my CarPlay Wireless. It works flawlessly most of the time but if there is a glitch the support team are on quickly and efficiently

New car not connecting

Had my kit in my old car for about a year without problems.
Then I brought a new car a MG HS and it just wouldn’t connect or just connect a few times if it felt like it.
Sent a report and a day later a lovely lady Niki replied asking a few questions and an updated firmware and a change in settings and all is well again.
Great service and thanks again.

I had trouble connecting and couldn't figure it out on my own, I contacted customer service and they helped me figure it out! I am completely satisfied!

I had an issue with the connectivity of the product, but Kris (customer service) was there and helped me. They say after 1-2 working days that they reply, but in my case they replied the next day.

Updating firmware issues

It was imposible for me to update the dongle therefore I asked customer services support for the firmware file which was sent yo muy email the next day.

Bought it from Amazon - got great support directly

Bought it from Amazon, worked great for over a year, suddenly not connecting anymore. Got help within hours from the support no matter i bought it from Amazon. After new install of provided firmware works again. Great support.

TBox Plus plus GREAT after sales service!

I bought the TBox Plus. I had a few minor issues when setting it up but was able to figure them out with a little patience. The biggest issue was not realizing that I had to set my head-unit (the car display) to allow Apple Car Play.
After it was working, I enabled password protection on the Android 13 version. The password protection worded but I was not able open the on screen touch pad and have it stay open to enter the password.

I wrote an email to AutoKitcarplay. I heard back in less than 24 hours. Kris laid out what I need to do along with all the links for the files I needed and a video showing the process. Great work Kris! The only comment I have about the video is that it played a little too fast to follow. It took a a few times of watching and replaying some parts.

Thanks TechJeff for recommending the TBox.

I had messaged with two other employees who really did not want to help out. Sara took care of everything I needed, and I could tell she generally wanted to help, and I really appreciated that or I would still be stuck without a working unit. She even wanted to hear back from me to see how my progress was going with the chalenge I had, I really appreciate that, Happy to see that there’s people out there that really truly want to help you out when you need help. 😃
