I bought a TBOX UHD without a USB port since it was not well specified on the official Autokit purchase page.

I bought Carlinkit 5.0 at Ebay not knowing that there's a possibility to buy it directly at the store. It did not work so looking for help in Google I found the customer service of autokitcarplay. Professional and Easy Transaction
I received the TBox Ambient a few weeks ago and had my first customer service experience after 7-10 days wiht the product. I have had back an forth email communication as needed since then. I've found their customer service to be timely and responsive. In fact, I commend Nikki as being personable and friendly in this time of robotic customer service.
Ordering and shipping were as expected, recognizing that this is an international transaction. Device was well packaged to withstand shipping.
In short, this company has proven themselves and I would do business with them again.

I recently purchased a CarLinkit AIBox. Installing in the car without any issues. Connecting to wifi hotspot initially was a challenge but with the help from tue support desk I was able to upgrade tue firmware and connect to the wifi hotspot.
